From our first contact with Steve he was very approachable and highly professional. He offered an initial site visit to assess what needed to be done and explained it all very clearly. He provided a quote and we arranged for the work to be carried out. Steve and his colleague Lenny arrived promptly on the day and worked tirelessly to thoroughly clean and re-insulate the loft. They also moved the items we had stored in the loft during the clean. All rubbish, debris and old insulation was bagged up and disposed of. Steve and Lenny also cleaned up afterwards. We now have a loft that is clean and well insulated. Throughout the work, Steve paid attention to what we requested and and we appreciated his professional knowledge and expertise.
