Wisdom interdental brushes, do not buy

Wisdom interdental brushes are a complete waste of money, I would give no stars if I could. The tips fold in half before you can get them into the gaps between your teeth, and the rest is too thick. I tried several with the same result, the rest are in the bin. Do not buy!

Poor quality product / customer service

Recently bought a Wisdom spinbrush battery toothbrush for my young grandson .He was really happy with it as he was too young to use an electric brush but that was short lived as it would not work after a few weeks.Changed batteries as it instructed but still no power
Contacted Wisdom who asked me to return the brush with the receipt .I replied explaining I did not have the receipt but to date never heard from them again .
Whilst I understand the item was not very expensive, I would of hoped it lasted longer than a few weeks especially only being used twice
a day by a child.
Product is very disappointing and a waste of money

Absolutely terrible and overpriced…

Absolutely terrible and overpriced product. Has caused gum bruising and issues around my wisdom tooth. Having read so many reviews reporting similar problems, I think this product should be discontinued. It's an absolute sham. Do not buy it.

Bought the battery toothbrush a month…

Bought the battery toothbrush a month ago. After a couple of weeks noticed it was catching my mouth, tongue and lips leaving sore pinch marks. Emailed wisdom and just got told to return it with the receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a toothbrush. An apology would be nice

Not fit for purpose

These brushes, although a nice length, are not solid/hard enough. Perhaps a have a bad batch, but using the purple (large) ones, all of them bend like willow. No resistance whatsoever. The green ones are also more soft than I seem to recall. Considering their price, it’s no longer value for money.

Poor quality heads that give nasty nicks in the mouth…

I bought a wisdom battery toothbrush for $9 a reasonable price. There was a replacement head with it. A a short time of using it I found the head would cut into the inside of my mouth, leaving painful nicks. I changed to a fresh head and it did the same thing after a short usage. The inexpensive purchase price does not compensate for the poor quality of the head unit and the continual need to buy replacement head packs. They do not last and can inflict injury.

Takes your money but don’t have stock

They have no stock management processes. They allow you to order and pay when they don’t actually have the goods in stock. Takes 24 hours for them to email and tell you this and then up to 72 hours for money back… so they knowingly take money and keep it for a few days when they don’t have stock… hmm… not a good way to run a business for keeping any return customers… first and last time I’d use this company…

Widsom toothbrushes are a waste of time and money

I bought a wisdom battery operated toothbrush last year. It stopped working so I replaced the battery and it still doesn't work. I contacted wisdom and they told me verbatum "Wisdom battery toothbrushes, have a 3 month guarantee from original receipt. Only chargeable brushes with replacement heads come with a one year guarantee, from original receipt."

So they go to all the effort sources materials and using precious energy to create something that they know only lasts a few months and then goes into landfill. Awful business model, awful customer service (I can't get a refund). Stick to a manual toothbrush from another brand.

Lesson learned don't buy a cheap brand and also check guarantees before purchasing as they give an indication of the brand's quality.

Wisdom toothbrushes.com dealt with my claim under sale of goods act 1979,2015

wisdom not dealt with my claim yet
I bought a wisdom electric toothbrush 2 months ago via ebay now doesn’t work trying to get replacement or refund via seller and wisdom toothbrush company no joy so far emailed company no reply and merchant not giving me refund or replacement. My toothbrush isn’t working it played up last night wouldn’t stop spinning at the head so I put on elastic to stop and put on charge but now not working . I want change for another one or replacement. Wisdom have not dealt with my claim directly as advised by seller so far out of pocket won’t buy wisdom no more and don’t recommend them!
I have now been instructed to send them the electric tooth brush via free post and will do so and let you know what happens!
Spoke to Tracy watts who advised it will in be QC but this is only done for new products, still no replacement or refund, advise to send recorded to anyone with same issue! Wrote again it’s been 9 days now.

Loved this brush at first, BUT!!!

Loved this brush at first, but after recharging it stopped working after about 5 seconds. This happened continually. I took it back and got a replacement but Alas, the second one is doing exactly the same. And just to say that the comment about ripping your mouth apart is also true. It pinches skin between the brush and the head and hurts like little blisters! Waste of money

Rubbish

What sort of a company would manufacture an electric toothbrush which doesn't have a replaceable brush head? Grandma bought a Wisdom Spinbrush Junior, and now the brush head is ready for replacement, it's become waste electronic equipment. How many families will actually take this to proper recycling, and how many will shove it in the landfill bin?
