Experience with wish is great. Good customer satisfaction.

I made one purchase on WISH that I was happy with, except that they did not give me my promised 10% off first purchase. Never the less I was happy with the purchase. so I tried to order the same item again. After a few days I received the following message

"Unfortunately, the store was not able to successfully ship your item. We've gone ahead and credited xxxx back to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days to see this reflected in your financial statements."

I didnt think much about it at the time but went back to see if the same item was available for sale om WISH, and it was so I ordered it again, and the same thing happened.
At this point I assumed that I actually had been refunded. Annoying that they charge people for items they can not deliver but what can you do.

After some time I went on WISH to see if the item was available from other vendors, it was so I ordered it again hoping that would work, believing this was a problem with the vendor and not with WISH

Almost immediately I received the same refund message. Now I realize the whole thing is a scam. WISH are advertising items they have no intention of selling, all they want is your money. WISH does not refund, they will charge you and then SAY you have been refunded and they just keep your money. Theft, plain and símple, I am sure they also sell a lot of crap stuff but this is a whole different kind of scam on an industrial global scale. I have sent all my info to the police anti fraud unit, I advice everyone to do the same so we can shut down these criminals once and for all.

Don't waste your time. The items I ordered were cheap quality and arrived months late, if at all. Customer service was unhelpful. Stick to Amazon or other reputable sites.

Don’t buy anything from this website! I bought markets and product cam defective. I spent over 2 week proving that product was defective. I am asking to return the product and receive the refund and still don’t have final resolution… so, if product has an issue you are screwed. Customer service is impossible to deal with!

I want to start off by saying I wish I could give a zero, so when I first started ordering from Wish, I was very pleased with the first few items I ordered receivd thenquickly, I made another order a few more then the last I was even happier and also got it quickly, but when I ended making an even larger order at a total of $167.68 I waited for my packages, several weeks had passed still nothing, I contacted customer service, they assured me it was coming in the next 3 days, OK I wait 3 days and nothing, for a full month I was given the run around then told my stuff was delivered a month ago I asked for my money back went through he'll for 4 months only to not get my money back or the items I ordered, I went through my bank trying to get my money back and it was too late, like wish knew if they gave me the run around I won't be able to get help from my bank, don't waist your time or money on this shady Thieving company!!!

Ordered 5 items. Received email to say they were coming but then no more. Contacted support and received email with list of links to follow but they didn’t work. Received email today to say issue solved and button to click. Clicked it and it it said “page doesn’t exist”. My screen started flashing on and off. Complained to PayPal which issued a refund for one item and closed case!

The prices are mainly correct, so is the politics if an article doesn' t arrive.
The descriptions of the articles are often a bit confusing, because they are made by a KI, a human being should correct them!
