I have been sending numerous emails to not send the item as it went through by mistake. First email was within the hour of order, I have not received a single reply which started worrying me so I escalated it with my PayPal account. Now it is showing tracking but god knows howling that will take and I really don't want the bloody thing. I should look up these companies first through TrustPilot then you can see they are a scam or just a terrible company who don't give a crap.

When I ordered my wig I didn’t realize that it came from China. It took a very long time to receive it. It was advertised as human hair. First of all it wasn’t human hair. Secondly it was the wrong color and it also does no look anything like the picture. Scam artists. Don’t order thru them. Thank goodness my bank refunded me my money

Never received the product I ordered two months ago. I don’t get a reply when I email them and they don’t have a phone. I ordered a rhinestone applicator.

This company should be shut down!!!! Why do consumers get taken!!! These companies should be shut down and investigated. When reports are made. I will take it a step farther…
This is a fraud and the company is misleading misrepresenting a product that will not come. They took my money. I will notify pay pal and consumer Report along with BBB. I suggest you run and not purchase from them.

I’m not really giving a one star review I’m giving a negative I ordered two sets of the diamond pen and I did get the gems but I didn’t get the pens. There was no way to call them or interact with them at all. This is a crime and they should be stopped. Who do you go to to stop this business?

Its a scam. I ordered diamond pen 3 months ago. Did not get it. You cant contact the company. No phone, no email, but they took my money

This company needs to be stopped and reported to the BBB. Absolutely a fraud, customer service is the worst, I paid 26 dollars for some cheap little rhinestones that I could of gotten from the dollar tree.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Missing items and email address doesn't exist. Live and learn. 34 dollars down the drain.

0/5. Minus rating if I could. Can't swear so, ROTTEN, RANCID, service. Refunds impossible, all I was offered was a new replacement product. Which was also faulty, in which they offered a THIRD replacement. Refused, then they ignored my emails completely. AWFUL, DONT BUY.

If I could write a review without a star, I would give 0 star. That's a SCAM!! I ordered shoes on Sep. 19th, nothing came yet. Once I saw "one item shiping completed." Nothing came!! I checked back the website, and there it was back on my orders awaiting shipment!!! Those people are SCAMERS AND LIERS!! Only STOLE MY MONEY!!

Do not ! Buy from this place I bought a gel nail kit no directions on how to apply .items were missing.

they keep taking payments out of my card even tho i have cancelled several months now and i keep calling and they say they have taken care of the problem

I should have reviewed this crowd before buying from them. Their ad came up on Instagram and I ordered 2 wallets in early August at a value of €40, to date they still have not arrived. They dont reply to emails, terrible customer service. Stay away from these, do not order from these, they will rip you off.

Worst customer service ever, unprofessional and frustrating to say the least. Dont gamble and order from them.
