Every trip is a Five Star Experience

I have been going to Without A Trace in Tamworth for laser care to my skin to remove very determined hairs. My first consultation, with Alan, was in August 2024 where he did a small test of the laser on my forearm - which was completely painless, and the first formal session was with Hannah. That was in September, and I have been going every month (which is the recommendation) ever since. I can only say that each session has made me feel welcome, I have been put at ease, always treated politely and with respect, and despite some very busy days, I have never felt hurried. It's clear that Alan and Hannah are passionate about the business and making sure their clients are satisfied. In my own case, it took a while to truly see the effects, but I always knew this was a long haul process. Whatever the number of sessions you have at Without A Trace, I am sure you will be delighted with the results. Thank you again to Alan and Hannah (will see you again soon!). Rachel

I am extremely pleased with the results from my Pico laser tattoo removal at Without a Trace Laser Clinic. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain each step of the process which helped me feel at ease during the treatment.
The staff were very professional and I always felt that my comfort was very important to them throughout the whole process.
The Pico laser tattoo removal system is very effective, gradually fading my tattoo with each session. Now my skin is clear and there is no trace of the tattoo.
The aftercare advice they gave me was very helpful and helped extremely well with the healing process.
I would definitely recommend Without a Trace Laser Clinic to anyone considering tattoo removal.

• I absolutely love the staff and great prices

• I absolutely love the staff - they're honest, professional and friendly.
• Their prices are so reasonable and the clinic is so sparkly clean and lovely.
• Parking is convenient and at times free. There's a safe car park less than minute walk which is less than a pound.
• Passing by Tamworth castle and a wall that belong to a stunning cat is the extra treats 🥰.
I've been to many different clinics for various treatments, and not always come out happy. However, Without A Trace is brilliant and the treatment has been painless and has made life so much easier.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my…

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin - I’ve been going to Alan for some time now and can’t fault his customer service, pristine clinic space and professionalism. There’s nothing Alan doesn’t know and he’s great at answering all your questions and putting you completely at ease. My treatment is going really well and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed.

I’ve had nothing but a flawless service…

I’ve had nothing but a flawless service from the team at Without A Trace. From my consultation and laser hair removal patch test with Alan, I was put at ease and I had the upmost confidence is the service. I had my sessions with Jules and she was wonderful. Any questions or issues I had during our sessions she would make sure they were answered and if she didn’t know right away, let me know as soon as she could. I have finished all of my 6 sessions now, and going back for my top up sessions. I’m now looking at other areas to have the laser hair removal on, because I’m so impressed with the service. If you’re looking for a clinic to have laser hair removal then honestly Without a Trace is the place you need to go!

Amazing!

I would recommend Alan 100% I have been seeing him since January for tattoo removal, he explained the whole process and made me feel completely at ease, so friendly, helpful and professional.

I have also had the carbon laser facial treatment after having quite a bad outbreak of spots an my skin felt immediately better.

Friendly and professional clinic!

I have been seeing Alan for a few years now for various different treatments and I can definitely say he offers 5* service. The clinic is a lovely clean space in the town centre, part of a beautiful building and very easy to find. Alan is beyond accommodating and flexible; anything that might make you more comfortable is never too much. Every treatment I have had has been carried out very professionally and always explained to me in great detail. I'd recommend Without A Trace to everyone without any hesitation. Thank you Alan, I'll be visiting you for many more years!

Great setting,great sessions and a true professional!

Alan O'rourke is a true professional. He keeps you at ease with his up beat mood and fail to realise that you are getting treatment as he takes your mind offf situation. The sessions for tattoo removal so far have been outstanding and continue each visit. Place is immaculate and feel right at home. He takes you through the procedure and everything you need to know.....oh and the bottomless sweet tub is top quality. Easy to find location,with only a 10 minute walk from train station If that. Modern equipment that makes things a lot quicker. Top company is rrecomend it 5 stars. Thanks again
