After two years of not placing an order and cancellation of my account I have been contacted by Witt International stating I am in arrears with my account!!! I have also been served a default notice and charged £12 even though I havent ordered anything from this company for two years. Suddenly, out of the blue, I get a letter from the Financial Services Director stating my payment in December 2025 was missed!! This company was taken over by Kaleidescope and I recently ordered two pairs of trousers which were not suitable and returned. They are still requesting payment even though confirmation that the items have been received in their warehouse.

I miss my Witt international catalogue so much it’s the only place a could get clothes that fitted me I am an extra petite size in a 27 ins leg , also always got my winter trousers lined in that size , do not like the fact that they are now with Kaleidoscope, nothing is the same , I don’t like the company very much and there is nothing to fit me on there , and they do very little Witt sizes , please if you have a catalogue that I could look through like I did before , you were the best for small sizes, kind regards Sandra MacMillan , please come back , Miss my Witt shopping so much ,

This is a really pretty butterfly top. I’m not keen on the material because it is so thin but it seems that nearly everything is made of it .

My first and last time dealing with this company. I wanted to purchase an item and have it sent to a different address. This is something I have done many times with other companies and most times I have checked out as a guest. It has never been an issue with any of the companies I have dealt with.

However, Witt International wouldn't allow me to buy anything unless I registered for an account giving all my personal details (more than the basic details usually asked for when buying online).

I telephoned customer services , (after searching online for an 0800 number ) and explained what I was trying to do. I was told that I had to open an account , if I didn't want to open a credit account , I would need to open a cash account . Both required the same personal details.

I was very unhappy with this and it felt almost like I was being bullied into opening an account and I felt very uncomfortable about being asked to hand over my personal information .

Needless to say I didn't make the purchase and won't be visiting the website again.

quick delivery had ordered two dresses for size check quick and easy return of one of the dresses .Dress just as expected usual size fitted but kept bigger size as more comfortable overall purchase as expected .

I ordered a lovely long summer dress, it arrived within 3 days, perfect timing for our current heatwave!
It is well made of soft easy to wear 'jersey' which I expect will wash well
Yet another item from Witt International which fits well and pleases my greatly

Regarding a telephone payment. The lady was very distracted. Sounded like noisy children in the background, do they work from home? Asked my name and a second question. Then asked my name again. I said I've already told you so she asked the second question again and I replied that I'd answered that also. Then she had to ask my payment card number twice. I'd like to know exactly where she was. Not good enough.

Great place to shop. Lovely styles and really nice clothing. Excellent web pages easy to order without any hiccups Would recommend in fact already have to a few friends

I have just ordered from Witt and enjoyed looking online and actually ordering two tops which I am very pleased with

problem with wrong size sent.
rang them cost £3.24 for land line call.
do not ring them just return item.

I have always had good service from Witt International and on this occasion I had to return an Item for another size and found the experience extremely easy. I reordered the correct size and am very pleased with the quality so no complaints from me.

The clothes I receive from Witt are lovely but to big which is a great shame.

My order arrived within four days after placing the order which was quicker than I thought it would be well done witt the trousers were of good quality and a good fit very pleased with them and will probably order another colour quite soon.

Ordering was easy. Not very savvy on iPad. But managed ok. Everything in stock and items as described

I tried to order size 28 knickers, but when they arrived they were size 20, I do find the UK sizing v the 3xl 4xl etc very confusing. Tried to fill in a return form on line but I do not think it got through . they have been returned using the useful return label in the parcel.

I ordered 4 new tops and I received them very quickly and I was very pleased with the purchase.
Very good value and price.
