Today I had a beautiful experience at WIW Inspire Salon. I had hair extensions and a gorgeous blow-dry done, and I’m really happy with the result. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The owner is very warm, positive, and always so kind. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful service and for making my hair look amazing.
Extremely Poor Service and Unfair Billing
I visited WIW Inspire Salon for wedding hair and makeup. I paid £150 as a deposit and was promised a trial makeup included at no extra charge. During the trial, the service was rude and rough, the makeup was patchy, and my skin was not properly prepped.
Despite being unhappy, I felt pressured to pay an additional £150 to secure my wedding appointment. After seeing the results at home, it was clear the makeup was unprofessional and unacceptable for a wedding. I decided to cancel, but the salon refused to refund the £200 I had paid for services I never received, offering only store credit, which I do not want.
This was a stressful, high-pressure experience, and I cannot recommend this salon. My consumer rights were ignored, and I felt mistreated throughout.
Avoid this salon if you value professionalism and fair treatment.
I had a manicure and pedicure service on 27 July 2024. Just after one day the nail varnish came off. I went to their salon and complained. I showed them how they injured my toe and also sides of my fingers nails. Instead of responding to my complaint, the owner told to F... off gipsy old woman! Horrible service from horrible people.
