The product is as advertised. Fits well. I ordered a large and I normally wear size 14/16

Ordered a jacket. Only took it out of the packet. Tried to return as it was poor quality. Contacted them, very complicated returns policy.Filled in form for returns, got given a code. One week later am still trying to get a return address off them, it feels as if they are trying not to accept my return/give money back. I have sent photo of garment, in PERFECT condition. What is going on? Beware shoppers.

I had pre-ordered my jacket and it finally came!!! I love the color (I ordered red) and the floral lining is too cute.
The fit is great not to loose but roomy enough for a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. I am taking a trip to Boston in a few weeks, so my jacket arrived just in time.

Dreadful to deal with if you need to return. Return process is over complicated and you only get return address if you jump through several hoops. Returns from UK are to ITALY at a cost of £15. Be warned!!

Horrible company. Would not take coat back unless I paid to send it to ITALY!!! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company 🤢

Fabulous coat in beautiful bright colours, had to buy 2!

I eventually recieved my order. It took 5 months. It was not what was advertised and what was in the photos. What I received was plastic rain jacket. The colour was what i requested but the sizes were not what I ordered. After reading the difficulties people have had with returns i do not know what to do especially when my order took so long to arrive. so disappointed.

I received my jacket today. Whilst the jacket feels comfortable, the colour is washed out and it is too small. I ordered the size up from my size, knowing what online shopping sizing is like. I should have ordered 2 sizes up. I am a size 20, and ordered 2XL. I should have ordered 3XL. That's crazy!!!. I am not going to pursue an exchange, given the nightmare experiences of other reviewers. Buyer beware!

Jacket was advertised as $79 but did not mention USD until checkout.
Received Jacket in good time but like other reviewers the jacket was not true to size. Advertise that Jacket can be easily returned for full refund - not true. Two Options - dont return the jacket but buy and new jacket with a 30% discount or return the jacket at my cost and receive receive a discount code worth the same amount paid. This would be a costly return and not a full return.

The WJacket provided excellent customer service in delivery etc. I would especially like to acknowledge the efforts of Millie. The jacket is excellent, warm and a great weather protector. I love the colour and it makes my look pop.

The size guide is not accurate and so my jacket was too small. The return process, which they advertise is easy, is horrendous!! You must firstly pay to return a jacket! You must send an email and photos of your jacket, before they presumably provide you with an address where you can return your jacket!!
I had one automated reply initially and nothing since!! I have been contacting them daily for over a week and have even called them!! Still NO response or any assistance!
According to their information I only have till tomorrow- 22/1/25 to return the jacket, that doesn't fit me!!
I would warn anyone from making a purchase from this company!!!

Sizing does not match size guide. Way smaller in the bust. Customer service is rubbish. They answered my first email quickly and said I had to click on a return link to get details of how to return. Of course the link does not work and now I can’t get anyone to answer an email. At best this is a shabby, poorly run business and at worst it is just a scam. Don’t waste your time and money. If I could give zero stars I would!

I have found my jacket so handy when I travel because I can roll it up and squeeze it into a travel bag and it unwraps crease-free. I now own two of different colours. My daughter recently bought one as well for when she walking her dog because it is light yet still warm. It has been my best buy,

Just a further update to my below review. The jackets were returned to me and were delivered today. The address that they provide doesn't exist and it's dodgy just like the Seller. This is how they get away with ripping people off. They say they'll refund the cost when it's returned to them but as the address doesn't exist they don't receive it therefore no refund. Once again, my advice is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER AS THEY ARE DISHONEST AND CHEATS.

This business should be avoided at all costs. They only got 1 star because I couldn't give them zero stars. I wish I had seen the reviews on Trust Pilot before placing the order. The size chart is completely wrong. There was a gap of at least 6 inches for the front sides to join, let alone overlap so I could button it up. I contacted the seller and they advised I had to pay for the return postage, FOR THEIR MISTAKE. As one of the reviewers said, lodge a claim with PayPal which I did and got my money back through PayPal. They, WJacket, contacted me by email to advise to close the case and they would issue a refund but I didn't trust them and luckily I didn't, based on the negative reviews for the same issues I had with them. They are cheats and one of the worst online companies I've had the misfortune to buy from. I would advise anyone thinking of buying from them to check all the reviews as this business can't be trusted and to run as fast as you can away from them.

I recommend you DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The coat sizes are wrong, I tried to contact the company but they didn't reply.
I didn't get a refund even after I got a message stating the refund was on the way.
MAKE SURE YOU PROCEED WITH A FULL COMPLAINT VIA PAYPAL FOR A REFUND. otherwise you'll not hear back from the company after the initial contact.

The return address for the returns is false, and the return package has been returned to me by Italian postal service.

I have lost my money.

I bought my wjacket without reading the reviews first and it was too small. I was told to keep it and give it to a friend and given a 30% off voucher for a bigger one. This new one fits really well with room for a jumper underneath. Fantastic service from Millie.
I also bought the travel cup and part of the lid was broken when it arrived. I sent a photo and received a new lid free. Fantastic cup. It’s huge and easy to use with it’s own straw.

I pushed the wrong button on the computer and was immediately charged. Within 5 minutes I asked that the order be cancelled. They refused. I got the item and asked them to send a return label. They refused. They told me to go to the post office. I am handicapped and can prove it. I told them that and they still refused to send a return label. they are dismissive and unhelpful

I was going to buy a coat but there is no where to buy with PayPal on my site here in Australia. You say you can but no Box available.. & after the recent reviews of sizing being wrong...
