TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a jacket online, but was the too big even though I had followed the size guide. Tried to exchange it but even though the jacket had come from Sydney the return address was in Italy, and it was going to cost me $44 to send. Opted for 30% voucher, but the jacket I want doesn't come in a small size. They do not answer emails and there is no number to call.

The WJacket company has very poor customer service. I tried to exchange my jacket to a bigger size and could not get through to them, the phone listed is only for messages and they won't call you back, if you email them they won't respond right away. Be aware that they are located in Italy so if you have to return the coat which has to be at your expense you will be paying a lot of money.

Do not buy from this company. Sizing is wrong, next to impossible to return. Followed instructions explicitly and no refund yet. I should have donated it somewhere

Great customer support

When this was advertised in Australia it was $79.00. After ordering it was $79 US. Then would you like to add a waterproof scarf for $19.00, again USD when ordered. Arrived and was not waterproof, just cotton, like a thin tea towel. The jacket duly arrived and was like everyone else's too small, wouldn't button up even over a thin T-shirt. I followed the 'size chart' and my measurements were less than the L size shown. The crimson colour was way darker than the shade shown on their website. There is also no country of manufacture on any label on the garment. Then the EASY return. A number of emails later and.an answer with instructions to photograph the item - never heard of this before - do this, receive a return form, which would not load more than 1 photo file, even though they wanted photos of the garment, then the packaging (?). Finally an email request is accepted then the Return address (kept secret till this point) is in ITALY. I had my parcel label checked at the Post Office and it had been posted from Sydney. So lots of cost to return to Italy, if it gets there, then a refund. Do I trust these people? NO WAY. Also their email address is a gmail address, not very corporate. I will find a friend who is a few sizes smaller and it's all theirs.
I have since ordered a beautiful waterproof and windproof jacket from Amble in Melbourne.

Utter scam!!! Don't even attempt to return jacket....absolute waste of precious time! Sizes at least 2 sizes too small even though i ordered correct size as per the company's measurements. I had to send pictures of the jacket to Australia, only to be told that i need to send the jacket to ITALY, which would cost me NZD100! Don't even waste your time to get the refund of 30%....!another scam!
Please don't wast your time or money on this company. Very disappointed in their bad customer service.

I cannot recommend purchasing from W Jacket - they do not stand behind their products and will not support their customers when a poor quality garment is provided.

The jacket seems great when it arrives. I followed the care instructions on the label and washed my jacket on a gentle cycle before wearing it, and the stitching on the lining came apart in several places. I emailed and (politely) enquired about options available to remedy the situation. A refund was not offered. So I requested a refund and was denied, because they said the jacket arrived in good condition.

In addition to offering no warranty about the quality of their products, if you are going to purchase from them, be aware of the following:

1. Their sizing is wrong. They say that the jacket is a generous oversize cut. It isn't. Choose at least 1 size bigger than you think if you want it to fit snugly, and 2 sizes bigger if you want it to be looser fitting. I chose 1 size bigger than my normal sizing (figuring I might be wearing jumpers and multiple layers underneath). I can't do up all the buttons, even with only a tshirt on :/

2. Prices are in USD - this does not become apparent until AFTER you've made your purchase when the unit of currency is listed.

3. According to their website, you are able to cancel your order for a full refund within 6hrs of submission by sending them an email. However, their response advised that they will not provide this refund. (But they will offer other incentives like discounts to encourage you to continue with the purchase).

I find it very difficult to trust this company and would never purchase from them again.

The Windbreaker jacket was beyond expectations. The styling, fit, quality of the fabric is excellent.The color choices are all great and I may order another. I did have some delay in delivery but following my phone message, I received a response, by phone and email, as to what had happened and when to expected the delivery. Excellent Customer Service all around.

I had the same problem other reviewers have mentioned - the sizing chart is not accurate and the returns process is definitely NOT easy. I am 180cms tall and an Australian size 16. I ordered the L, which is listed as 16-18, but it is too small - I suggest it's more an Australian size 14. I'm now trying to exchange it for the next size up, but am not getting anywhere. I've just had two reply emails asking me why I want to return the item, which seem to be AI generated responses. I'm not getting a return address or the possibility of a refund. The jacket is lovely but I can't recommend it or the seller, due to the poor customer service.

Same as others. I am in Australia. Got sucked in by easy 100% return process. If you are not happy return it. Well wish it was that simple. Received my jacket and scarf today and it was not the colour it seemed and scarf was faulty. Started the return process and M gave me an address in Italy. I am not paying $35 to return this. This company is a scam company. In the process of disputing the payment with afterpay and advising them of this.

I received my jacket yesterday. I love it. It is going to be great for my trip to Scotland later this year. I was extremly happy with the product so much so i ordered one for my daughter and one for my grandaughter.

I just wore my new w jacket which was advertised as being 100% rainproof. I was out for 5 minutes in the rain and the lining was soaked as was my shirt. I specifically purchased this for travel as the last raincoat I had left me dripping wet in Amsterdam on a chilly day.

The Wjacket is of superb design, looks good and would protect you in the most severe storm. The delivery was swift, the company honest and helpful.

My wife is pleased with her coat and we're sure the other one will be a welcome gift when we give it. It wasn't clear that the price was in USD, not AUD, when I ordered them so that was a shock. The tracking system was not helpful. Too many "I'm not a robot" bikes and buses!

Superior service.
I was very pleased with the prompt service I received. I inadvertently double ordered the jacket. My second order was cancelled and money credited back in 2 days. The whole situation was resolved without any fuss. Highly recommend the product and service

Im very happy with this jacket ,raincoat . Im a size 16 Aus and I bought a size XL, its a perfect fit for my pear shape.I can easily wear a jumper underneath without it feeling tight.The pricing is in American dollars $ 71.10 which worked out to be $113 Aus dollars ,the coat is good value for money.The shipping came in a timely manner especially as i ordered just before easter.

Millie in customer service was very helpful when my tracking number wasn’t working, had problems with delivery with Canada Post, but was resolved and my coat arrived safely. Really like the coat, well made!

Update April 7: the company refunded my order after I sent pictures of the returned package from Italy. I am quite pleased with Wjacket finding a way to make me a happier customer. I really liked the jackets. They just didn’t fit in the hips.
Original April 5|. I had to return 2 jackets which did not fit my daughter or granddaughter. I got permission to return. I had to send them fro Ohio USA to Puglia Italy. I decided to return as I would still get half my money back after paying the postage. Today I got my package back saying the it was refused in Italy. I am very disappointed as I followed their instructions. It is too expensive to return any one jacket.

Oh it is just beautiful. I am going to Alaska soon and the length is great as I am 180cm tall. The arm length is very generous too. Communication with W Jacket was A+.

Great travel coat. Don’t confuse the wjacket sute site for the Converslyt ( don’t forget to add the t) jacket. That site seems to have the same photos as on the wjacket site but their jackets aren’t waterproof - they are a very poor imitation. Just use the wjacket site and you will be fine. Conversly looks like a SHEIN type site when you look further. Good luck!
