This is the most amazing removals company. Used them once before 8 years ago. Then again recently with a move we weren’t planning. They were kind, friendly, professional, efficient. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Fantastic company and culture. Wonderful team. You should include this company when deciding who to move you, you won’t get a better company to help you.
Family move over 200 miles. Initial contact good, visited property and assessed number and size of goods for move. Competitive price. Guys on van very good. Management totally incompetent. One van provided which was not at all big enough (so they got the assessment wrong) and caused a great deal of hassle and stress for my family. Communications didn't state one van only. The person in charge who I spoke to on the phone (same chap who came and assessed the number and size of our goods) was not at all helpful, very unproferssional, no interest in helping to solve the problem..... example.... threatened to not unload the van when I said I was not paying the bill. Seems to me company are trading on the estd in 1907 theme. Steer clear if you want less stress during your move.
