Please do not order from this website there sizing is all wrong and they will not refund you back your money and there clothing is also very cheap horrible quality. A very greedy company I will never purchase from here again and I will never refer anyone to order from this website.

SCAM Be careful, after 8 months, many emails with no answer I still haven't received anything, should have checked on reviews, I'm not the only one. Lesson learn

This company is fraudulent.
I made the mistake of ordering a denim Levi shirt before Googling them. At first glance it looked like a Wal-Mart site. A friend tipped me to the scam so I immediately contacted PayPal. They opened an inquiry. Its been over a month and today I received a package with what appears to be no brand, child's size, imitation denim shirt that I would not wash my car with.
They delivered a package to me so they won. PayPal doesn't care what I say was in the package.
I can't return the shirt because even though the company has a post office box, they are actually in Asia.

After more than one month, we finally received a sweatshirt we ordered, only to find the actual size dimensions are inches off of what they advertised on the website. Sleeves are literally 2 inches too short. Now they won't refund the cost or ship a new correctly sized item. Instead they just repeatedly offer a 10% refund of our cost. Ridiculous! DO NOT use this company. I am quite sure I'll never get a resolution or my money back regardless of how many emails I send.

I would mark 0 if I could. Will try to keep it simple. I never recieved my parcel. I contacted Wmmart they gave me tracking information. Which the carrier is with Yodel. I contacted them who said the parcel had been delivered. I informed them it hadnt. They said to make a claim Wmmart need to on my my behalf as it is with them they have the contract (this is normal protocol as far as I know) I informed Wmmart who contradicted what Yodel said and they wouldn't make a claim in my behalf. I have then been passed back and forth several times between the companies and neither company are taking responsibility.
Therefore I have now tried to take it up with trading standards and asked PayPal if there is anything they can do. All Wmmart had offered me is to send the same parcel and for me to pay half again.
That is ridiculous like I would give them a penny more of my money. I hope they get closed down. Look at all these terrible reviews how can they still be operating. Hope everyone writes to trading standards and somehow this company pays for being unprofessional and leaving people with nothing and taking my money.
How many more people does this have to happen too? I have also put a complaint in with Yodel as they shouldn't be trading with a company that doesn't abide by the contract they are suppose to have with each other.

This place sucks. I ordered a hoodie 2 months ago, and it still isn't here. I am about ready to call them and uss them out. BUT THEY DON'T LEAVE A PHONE NUMBER!!!

ZERO STARS ,I wish I had read the reviews I bought a jacket for my son 8 weeks ago ,luckily I have paid via PayPal, they will reply to your messages then try and reduce what they owe you to 60% what!!really as I've cancelled my order ,I cancelled due to NOT RECEIVING THE ORDER. Please go on Amazon they have similar jackets and are a real company.

If I could give 0- I would. I ordered a dress that later maybe a month after, I find out that the dress isn’t even in stock... they tell me to pick a different dress out, so I do. It’s been at least 8 months & I still haven’t received anything & they won’t give my money back.

Ordered a shirt back on July 1st but while the order initially said it was processed they didn’t tell me the payment hadn’t gone through. No contact no nothing. I then have to haggle them to find out this and now need to place an express order as the shirt is for a birthday August 15th and the shirt was ordered again on the 14th of July so yes cutting it fine but still hopeful. TL:DR Still hasn’t arrived and it’s September, can’t comment on the quality of the product but I would avoid at all costs. At least AliExpress has better quality products and customer service. Will include screenshots if this site allows me to do so.

Oh also refund refused as “order has already been shipped” like ok it’s not my fault they can’t process people’s orders within 2 weeks 🙄

I waited 6 weeks for my order to be marked as shipped and only after messaging them twice, the second time saying I would deal with it through paypal as a case of fraud! My order suddenly showed as shipped a day or so later. My hoodie finally arrived today 8 weeks after ordering. Doesn't look just like the picture on the site as it doesn't have little buttons and the quality is pretty poor. But at least it arrived eventually, I guess.

DON NOT BUY FROM HERE. Horrific quality, sizing and look 2 months to arrive. Looks absolutely nothing like the website had an awful odour and would not refund my money.

I wish that I had read the reviews. Ordered an item. It arrived reasonably quickly, wrong colour, size correct but not to EU sizing. Back of garment has a printed number across it and cuffs are a different colour - quality not inline with price. As with all other reviews - 5% discount offered and then 10% and then a correct replacement - given the hassle thus far have has disputed with PayPal. WMMart are now asking me to send back the faulty item at my expense, no mention of refund - talk about adding insult to injury!

The worst online retail experience ever. Item arrived late and was not as described. Sizing wrong and very cheap material. When I asked to return I was offered 5% of original price!!! Avoid at all costs

Hands down, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I wish I’d checked the reviews before I ordered.
I bought an item in the usual M size for my teenage son. Stupid mistake, it’s more like a child’s size M, and the material is some bizarre cheap material that feels like it would burst into flames if you walk past an open flame.
It took 6 weeks to reach me in the U.K.
Thinking this company would allow a return was a mistake on my part, I should have read all the technical pages and realised what I was getting myself into.
My advice is to firstly avoid this company, or if you must buy from them, check the size guide carefully. You won’t be able to determine what the material is as all tags are in Chinese, and you won’t get a refund.
To quote from an email from their customer service:
“ If we send you the correct one, we do not provide the return service. We will not reship a new one either.
Please understand that. In this situation, we can refund you 5% of the item price for keeping the one you received”
Following this, I’m left with poor quality clothes that do not fit. Oh and the 5% of the item price? It works out at 50pence.
I would advise you to go direct to wish or AliExpress and cut out this middleman.
To summarise, god awful customer service for a sub-par quality item that doesn’t fit.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Disgusted with the customer service and even more at the quality of the product that they sent.
Will never never never buy from them again and would advise all not to deal with them.

I don’t want to even give this company a single star! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! 2 months and still haven’t received my hoodie! Chatted with them, gave me a lame answer, saying here’s the tracking number! I had already did that which is why I emailed them! That’s after a month! Second month goes by, email them and same thing, said they can’t give me a refund per policy and here’s my tracking number! I will never order from them. Please do not waste any money on them and put them out of the fraudulent business they are running!

Truly appalling company. Have asked for a refund for my order after waiting a month with no delivery .. and they don't respond. Avoid at all costs!

This isn't a retail business it's a scam to steal money. They lie anytime you can get them to email you back, it's been a month still haven't shipped my hoodie, got a worthless tracking number for my cash nothing more.
AVOID THIS SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!
