Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 57 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. People frequently complained about the excessively high prices for food and tickets alongside frustratingly long traffic jams during the safari drive. Consumers also mentioned seeing very few animals throughout the park and finding the available amusement rides quite disappointing, outdated, or entirely out of order. Though some visitors encountered major problems, a few guests nevertheless enjoyed the exceptionally friendly staff members and appreciated seeing specific animals up close. Travelers staying overnight in the park area also highlighted the wonderful accommodation experience at the lodges and the beautiful natural surroundings.

Went today 29th September with return ticket ,but only had photo of ticket as the original went home with sister-in-law . Got to the desk to be told no entry for us as it was against company policy. All staff were rude and unhelpful, just to get rid of us. Would of given it a 0 but it won't go that low. The time we went previous half the park closed and had to pay full price not happy with them at all.
