God mad og betjening

Wokshop delivers decent food with a cozy atmosphere, but the overall experience wasn't perfect. The staff was friendly, and the dishes were fulfilling, with rice ad libitum as a nice perk. However, the pricey drinks and occasional issues with delivery times were disappointing. A mixed experience, leaving me with 3-star satisfaction.

Shameful staff, serving non-sparkling (ordered sparkling) and cold food.

We had to wait around 10 mins in an empty restaurant before the waiter came to us. This is spite the fact that we came in from the door facing him and we even saluted the waiter.

When he finally came, we made our orders and we were very specific when asking about the sparkling water. We actually wanted to taste it before buying and paying for sparkling water. He somehow forgot about this and came with a kettle of water and 4 glasses. We did not ask for 4 glasses but only 3. You pay per cup + kettle. yes you pay for each cup and get the same water and not more.

We told him that the water was bad and had no gasses in it and was not sparkling and that it tasted of metal. He reluctantly and condescending said I will taste it. He went back to taste and never came back with a new can or even bother to tell us anything. I also notice that the food was cold.
The waiter even admitted that the Carbon dioxide cartridge might not work well.

When we had to pay our receipt we asked him why he did not give us a another kettle of water and his reply is that he thought the water was good. A clear indication of stupidity and audacity telling 3 grown up men and a child they are wrong. One of us even has a restaurant and the other a sommelier.

We told him we will not pay for the water but he insisted that we should pay and we did out of courtesy and not because we agreed.

If you want to be humiliated and waste your money go to wokshop Hellerup.

Any other restaurant with the slightest decency and in an evnrionment with a lot of competition would grant some kind of excuse or discount etc.

PS; Havde en lille dreng ikke været med os havde wokshop ikke fået penge for vand. Det er udelukkende af hensyn til barn at vi betalte og for ikke at skabe en scene.

Ret utrolig at en sølle bartender insisterer på at vi skal betale for vand som ikke lever op til at være sparkling og smager af metal.

Great spot for lunch! Good food amazing value

I had a fantastic experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—both the fried noodles and the cashew mix were bursting with authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. The decor created a warm, inviting atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. On top of that, the meal was great value for the quality and portion size. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving outstanding Thai cuisine!

I visited Wokshop for the first time with some friends. They have been there before and told me that I should expect good food and great atmosphere.
Wauw. What a nice little Thai restaurant I walked into, cosy and a bit dark but feel very intime.

My friends ordered "Sweet and sour" and "red panang curry chicken", where I ordered a simpel dish "Chicken fried rice". I was told by my friends to expect big dishes, but was surprised, they were bigger than I expected. What a taste my dish had and oh boy, I was quite full for several hours afterwards. I liked the fact that there were rice ad libitum, so we could order all the rice we wanted.
For drinks we ordered water, rhubarb soda and Svaneke Blonde.

I would really love to give them 5 stars but to the price for the drinks sadly brings it down, I think 50 DKK for a 33 cl beer and 45 DKK for a 33 cl rhubarb soda is a bit too much, then I would prefer just water next time.

The waiters was very kind and sweet, they had a smile on and helped us with everything.

Ordered at 18:16 was told delivery would be 1 hour 20 minutes, called back at 20:12 (nearly 2 hours) to be told it will be 15 minutes… Called back at 20:38 to be told it’s not even out for delivery! 2.5 hours-3 hours for a delivery is an absolute joke!
