discovered Woalco through a video featuring their shorts and was excited to give them a try. I hadn't realized how uncomfortable and restrictive my old running shorts were until I made the switch. now running feels so much easier and more enjoyable
High quality and features make price worth it! I just started running and kept having issues with my phone and trinkets but luckily the pockets on my half tights are the perfect solution.
I found the women's shorts to be uncomfortable. Also the phone pocket is too small. I do not own a huge phone, a Samsung S25, and it will mot fit in the pocket. There is no give to the material. I am sorry I bought them
I ordered a gift. The gift did not arrive, despite USPS indicating it had been delivered. USPS staff said a completely different address was on the package, which they were not allowed to tell me since i was not the shipper. Wolaco had entered a completely different address on the USPS shipping label, and Wolaco does not have anyone on the chat application, they have no phone number for customers to call, and they only have an email address. I have sent them no less than five message. i have received mostly form messages and today a message saying they would not refund me, despite the error on their end. I am out $100 and they refuse to take responsibility, despite the package and their putting the wrong address on the label. Avoid this seller.

Currently experiencing poor customer service. Finally made a purchase and they use USPS for shipping. USPS “says” delivered inside mail box. I live in a high rise no one can steal from inside my mail box.
