This is a Christmas gift and the wife has not yet received it. I think it is a beautiful coat I pray it fits correctly. I was extremely disappointed in where it was shipped from. I was expecting a shipment for NY. I am also very concerned if we need to return this which I pray we don’t need to. Your return procedure is quite involved when it should be very simple. I recommend you provide all the documentation needed for this in the items drivers to us. For an item roughly 400 dollars there should be buttons on the coat not snaps. I find the snaps to be quite cheep. Again I pray it fits correctly based on your size chart it should but looking at it I’m not sure. I pray that items purchased from you are very different then buying from China witch has been a nightmare.
