Very dirty, dusty, unpolished upon arrival. Item was greatly overpriced i found them $85 vs $200 from a high end store. The presentation for such a high price did not match

Shoes were a gift. Daughter loves them, fit is good, she's able to tighten the straps, she says they are lovely and comfy to.
