The necklace is great. I would suggest adjusting your shipping procedure. There was only one option available and placing the order triggers the “express” process (I’ve forgotten the exact term) and UPS sends an email saying “expected tomorrow.” It wasn’t actually shipped until days later. Still arrived just in time for her birthday, but I was nervous!
