A funny novelty item, let down sadly by the low quality of the chain. I fully appreciate that at £35 this isn't high end jewellery, however I'd expect the chain to be of a higher quality, mine broke within a day.

Looks exactly as pictured. Says it is stainless steel which is great because it won't rust. It is weighty, I thought it would be lighter so that is a pleasant surprise. The necklace is well constructed as well, can't imagine the chain breaking. Overall I am extremely happy.

I love the product. It’s exactly as pictured. The wording is a little hard to see because the pill is the size of, well, a pill! I wear it to work and it feels like a tiny little secret to me. Love it and would purchase again or similar products (different pills, different wording)
