i bought this bag for a christmas present in November 23 - last week the strap ripped see photo. Because it is more than 6/12 since purchase both Wolf and Badger and Touri have refused to replace or reimburse me for what can only be faulty goods . The bag was not over filled. i am extremely disappointed and i advise you not to buy this product which cost £169.00. i will not use Wolf and Badger again.
