I emailed about the earrings last week to say how disappointed I was with the quality and hoping to hear from somebody as to whether there could be an exchange sorted as I’m not sure if this was just the pair that I received. They were for a special event for this weekend so now I feel very disappointed that I haven’t heard from anybody to try and resolve this.
