Order not fulfilled correctly. Only one item delivered; the second was missing and no update was provided within the promised timeframe despite multiple follow-ups. The missing item was only dispatched after I chased repeatedly, making it arrive too late for its intended purpose — a complete waste of time. The item received is poor quality — cheap-feeling gold plating and a very basic chain design. It presents as “ethnic-inspired” but is poorly executed and not worth the price. Customer service was slow, unresponsive, and repeatedly redirected me without resolving the issue. This has now been escalated to my bank for chargeback.
