Dress was delivered to my home and left on my back patio instead of my mailbox. Some dogs found ( I think) it and tore the package and put a couple of rips in the dress. I contacted the company and they initially responded to my emails. This was 4 days ago and company has not communicated with me again. I paid over $400 for the dress. I realize whoever delivered should have left package in mailbox instead of back patio; I do think the company should follow up with the deliverer and replace dress or refund me. I don’t appreciate that they aren’t communicating with me at all. I won’t buy from this company again.
