Unfortunately, it is very unpleasant to receive a parcel where the item you purchased is clearly not new. The belt was dirty and blackened, and the dress had a strong perfume smell, as if it had already been worn and returned. As a result, instead of being able to wear the item immediately, I had to send it for dry cleaning. This is not the experience one expects when buying a new product in such store
