I am a size 12/14 and the large is probably more a larger 14, but as it has an elasticated back section with flat panel to the front, it will be easy to make a little smaller as needed. I am 5ft 8in and it touches the floor - perfect fit for me with either pumps or DM's on. The material is lovely, soft and has weight in it to make it fit well.
