In the photograph, it appears shiny. It is not what is depicted in the photograph and it looks like cheap quality. I was very disappointed and was very excited about the product and having to return it was an issue. I really love a lot of the products on this Webb, but was very disappointed about the price and the product. The product was not at all reflecting what I saw in the picture.
