The ring itself looks of ok quality. I thought the packaging to be very odd and not what I would have expected if a ladies ring costing £50, more appropriate for a child. My mistake if I missed the ethos of the company. But worst of all the ring is the wrong size, too small. This despite talking to a staff member to get the equivalent suze to a Pandora 54 and being assured that the size I ordered was correct. So very frustrated and disappointed that my had a birthday present that is not usable. I know have to to the fuss of returning the ring for a refund. Won't be using this company again.
