I bought a dress from them it came from Europe? I returned with right labels it was at customs when received by retailer they said it had gone past return date so l didn’t receive refund?? £235 l have been in contact with wolf Badger for last 4 weeks no joy
Will never buy from them again as most of their clothing comes from Europe??

Bernadeth was terrific in resolving a refund issue due to sizing. (The items were otherwise perfect and I just needed to purchase a different size.) My order was delivered in a timely way, beautifully packaged, and exceeded expectations. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Georgia when I had a problem with a necklace I had bought. She sorted the issue very quickly keeping me updated on the progress of my replacement. I was reassured several times that she would ensure the matter was dealt with in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Lovely bag purchased. Prompt and speedy delivery. Sadly I was disappointed with the item, not because it wasn't fit for purpose, far from it. It was ideal but for one fault, the leather had a strong and unpleasant smell, was unpleasant and unbearable. Item was returned. Excellent customer service from Georgia. She kept me informed all the way through the return process. 100% excellent 👌

There was a problem with my preferred item no longer available - Wolf and Badger discussed with supplier and a very suitable solution was suggested which I agreed to. Order took a little longer to deliver, however customer care was excellent and wolf and badger kept me informed with regular updates and check-ins to make sure I was happy to wait. Excellent customer service, and delighted with product!
