I know nothing about cars and purchased a set of alloys. I gave the sales guy every detail off the tyres front and rear and he confirmed that 19" were correct, so sent them. My local garage informed me they were the wrong size and should be 18". Fortunately I was able to return at no extra cost and was given an upgraded 18" set. The local garage then Informed me that my tyres wouldn't fit the front alloys as they were 225 and not wide enough, so I had to buy 2 new tyres(Rather than mess about returning again). Surely the sales team should be experienced enough to know all this from the details I gave them off my old tyres!!!🤷 I wrote a complaint email to express my anger and maybe train there staff, but had no response and still awaiting for their thoughts.

Ordered Munich wheels and tyre package for my Vauxhall vivaro. Then a separate order for some locking wheel nuts.

Wheels arrived and are good quality with a nice finish, but the wheels were terribly balanced. So much so the steering wheel shook violently at 50mph and above. Turns out that they were very much out of balance as the garage I had to go to described to me.

The locking wheel nuts are the wrong size but already coated in copper grease so won’t be able to return. I’ve had a follow up email regarding the balancing but as I’ve mentioned I’ve had them rebalanced, no reply ( as of yet )

Everyone makes mistakes I appreciate that but owning it is what makes a difference. Happy to amend review if corrected.

Since the review I’ve had a new set of wheel nuts and they have also reimbursed me for the balancing of the wheels. Plus with a apology for the inconvenience I’m happy to increase to 4 stars

Very easy to buy the WolfRace Munich wheels from our local team. The Security bolts were super easy to order on line. The WR team even contacted me to check that I had ordered the correct specs (I had) and then checked on the tracking site to let me know when they were likely to be delivered. Really helpful team. I've done 30,000 on my 22" wheels, had no issues with buckles or cracks like even OEM wheels can have at this size.
They look great and cost less than a set of tyres!

Good response initially when messaging asking about how to care for the wheels I was looking to buy . Finally purchased them from a seller ,there is degradation on the spokes fresh out of the box new . Two wheel centre cap clips broke straight away which wolfrace replaced but i had to trim one to fit 1 wheel as none of them would fit it ( almost like to much paint on 1 wheel not allowing it to push on ) terrible experience. Emailed wolfrace after all this to let them know my troubles / experience and guess what they wouldn't even reply . You should of asked me if I bought them as seconds as no where in the advert said they were seconds and I was not told this when they were ordered ,I've sent you the evidence of the advert when I purchased them to confirm this.

Amazing company, customer service is very responsive. I’ve even been given a freebie which I wasn’t expecting. Will definitely buy again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was unsure which item I needed to buy. Jake and the customer service team were so very helpful. sending pictures, item numbers, and all options with details. Communication was great with speedy replies to emails.
The package was shipped with an item missing. I took pictures of the package and sent them to Jake. Within hours he has replied and sorted it out.

I had already received alot of help over and above the call of duty . They sorted me out with the best wheels I could imagine . Unfortunately my wife just had a small prang and damaged a wheel , I got in touch with wolfrace, told them what happened, and they have managed to sort me out with a replacement at a great price and delivered to my door . I have delt with many wheel company's before and none have step up the way wolfrace have and we can't thank them enough. Our car is our pride and joy , our baby and we show her at car shows all over uk. Having to put her off the road to get one wheel repaired would have ment we would have had to hire a car and the refurbed wheel would never have matched the awsome finish wolfrace supply

I have nothing but good things to say about wolf race wheels, although the wheels were on pre order and took a while to arrive I was kept up to date with everything that was happening and they arrived in perfect condition and look amazing

Upgrades from 16" wheels to 20" Wolfrace 71 Urban Racers, very happy with how they look make the van look now, a bit rough of a drive but think this is morw due to the tyre size rather than the wheels.

Had my wheels for 3 years, still in perfect condition. Now upgraded to the new Wolfsburg GTR in racing bronze.

Really great advice before ordering and the final product fitted my T6 perfectly.

There's some good reviews on here, don't let those put you into a false sense of security. They look great to start with, happy as hell, everyone leaves reviews when they're new and they're chuffed. However, watch your money go down the toilet after just over 13 months because the coatings are absolutely shocking and started to peel/corrode the alloy. My set of diamond cuts are 14 months old and absolutely toast, and apparently I'd used the wrong cleaner for diamond cut wheels, even though I do use the correct cleaner specifically for diamond cuts (ph neutral etc).
I didn't want to write this review because it would just be discredited due to "incorrect care", until I found someone else who's got the same wheels, similar age but a flat colour and exactly the same has happened. It's costing both of us the cost of refurb after spending nearly a grand on wheels, not bloody happy

I purchased a set of wolfrace aero diamond cut for a vw transporter camper , they looked great when new but a year later with very little mileage the laquer fell of and looked awful , to be fair Barney replaced all 4 under warranty but the replacement wheels the laquer fell off about a year later . Monday the wheels are going to be refubed in gloss black at a cost of £ 300, so that’s the saga of woolfrace I’d rather now pay a bit more and get OZ wheels

Update, now hannah and Barney have joined forces, emailing me back and forth like a clown show, while lying. I have sent proof of awful service and email avoiding, just to have both of them lie, yet I asked for proof, hannah should have taken the complaint, and called me, and carney should have stepped aside and stopped this endless circus act, and my favourite, as per my previous email. Let's see what hannah says tomorrow. Awful customer service, Barney britton, just seems to respond with constant lies and then stops responding after you confront his lies. Over 2 months ago I enquired about an item, Barney stated 2 weeks for part delivery, I constantly emailed in and checked their website for the item, no stock showing on website and Barney kept saying stock has been ordered. 2 months later after constant emails and checking the website, Barney says they had the stock but it has sold out now, not possible, so another 2 weeks for more deliveries of the item, surely as a business if your selling a part that is required and selling fast, you would order a decent amount. I stated to Barney, this is not true, I have checked the website and constantly emailed in. No reply from Barney. I then asked Barney if he would kindly inform me once the part is available, as iv been chasing it for 2 months and getting nowhere, and would be better customer service for us both, Barney never replied. I won't be buying wolfrace alloys again. Thanks Barney and hannah.

i bought alloys in august 2021. By February 2022 3 alloys are defective, after normal driving conditions. No potholes or kerbs were hit. Correct tyres were fitted. Yet 3 alloys were defective. I contacted Wolfrace Wheels. I may aswell have contacted the local bakery. First contacted them at the start of January 2022 and still no sign of management contacting me nearly 2 months later. Dealing with hannah was like speaking to a brick wall. Only response I got was that it was passed on to management and she could do no more. Made me wonder what her job actually was. Their warranty isn't worth more than the piece of paper it is wrote on.

I will never waste my money on their alloys ever again. Worst customer service I have ever received and their employees need trained in their "job"

I purchased 4 Wolfrace Assasin wheels. After a while the wheels developed white spots all over - a defect in the manufacture, the laquer parting from the paint underneath.
I contacted Wheelbase, the company I bought them from and - they came back with - The wheels are out of guarantee. I have found other posts on the net with this same problem. I contacted Wolfrace direct and they were not interested, in fact they put the phone down on me, I rang back and they said go back to where you bought them!
This company and Wheelbase must have known about this being a problem with these wheels but they're not interested in customer service, in fact they are still selling these second rate wheels.
Avoid dealing with them. DONT BUY WOLFRACE they are not the product they used to be. I will never buy any again or deal with either of these 2 companies.
