Very Disappointed
I have only recently started to buy from Wolf Tucker. The first time I received someone else's order which was completely unsuitable for my dogs.They were very apologetic and sent the correct order free of charge - I donated the unwanted food to a local dog rescue for which they were very grateful. Since then one previous order has been incorrect and the last order of 20 packs of Naked Fish included six packs of Naked Chicken. Unfortunately my husband unpacked and put away the order and didn't notice the different packaging. One of my dogs is unable to eat some foods including chicken and I now find myself having to reorder early.

Can no longer recommend
I have been a Wolf Tucker customer for at least 10 years, and I always felt their food and delivery was superior to other brands. Unfortunately in recent weeks the availability of the food has been hopeless, I always expect there to be occasional items sold out on their website, but of recent weeks/months it has been almost everything. I now have to go through a third party (Shopify) to log onto my Wolf Tucker account and my purchase history over 10 years has disappeared! I don't know what has happened but I am afraid I can no longer trust that I can get the food from Wolf Tucker that my dogs need and I am therefore looking to another premium frozen raw dog food supplier.

Dreadful customer service
I have been a customer for several years but over the last 6 months the level of service as dropped significantly. Products out of stock, unable to speak with anyone on the phone, no response to email and supposedly a live chat function on their website that does not exist. It is a shame as the food is great and my dog loves it but the service is awful.
I would not recommend them!

A Wolftucker customer no more
Been a very satisfied Wolftucker customer for 10+years. I've had 8 dogs, mostly Labs, who've thrived on their great raw food & lived long (14+years) healthy lives as a result. I've always bought same mix of WT meals but I'm deeply disappointed by the poor quality of food received in my recent orders. The meals look as though they've been deep frozen beyond their freeze dates - dry, colourless and 'old' smelling. I had such pleasure seeing my dogs tuck into the fresh, meaty mixes I used to get. Now I feel I need to apologise to them for giving them such tough, unappetising stuff! I've lost faith in WolfTucker, I'm afraid, so, very sadly, no more orders from me ..

Wolftucker is very good food but they are always out of stock. Today they have no raw complete meals availble at all.

Wolf Tucker food is great, service is substandard.
Wolf Tucker food is great.
Both my dog love the food and I have to say the steamed wet (gluten free) food has pretty much solved my older dog bowel problems.
However, the company is not capable of supply and demand. I have a subscription contract with them and on the 2 occasion's I have expected delivery, it has failed due to stock issues. I was led to believe from the terms that the service would prevent the problems of supply and demand...it hasn't.
I could not justly recommend this company until services are more robust.
