UPDATE
After several exchanges of email, the company has delivered two replacement plans as promised. They are 'stripped down' to just the basic pan, but that is fine as handle and lid had no problem.
'Noah' who handled the final stage of our complaint was very good, and kept us updated and seemed to be the only person capable of dealing with our complaint properly. Thank you Noah.

MR WOLL: Can I suggest you review your non stick issue?
You have a good product which is only 'failing' on the non stick coating.

Bought two Wolls pans and the non-stick coating started peeling after minimal, careful use. This is a serious quality issue and a potential health hazard. Attempts to contact the NZ representative went nowhere—no replies, website often down. Even the German head office has not resolved the problem. Poor quality, poor service. I would not buy Woll again.

As with so many past reviews, we were
expecting two 'Top End' products in view of the
price and German origin. Sadly, I can assure
you they are not. The actual pans and remove-
able handles are well made, but the non stick
coating is abysmal, not lasting more than 15
months.
Following a lengthy exchange of emails, we
eventually received an email on July 10th
2025 from customer care employee 'Noah'
advising that a replacement would be sent in 'a
few days'
We have chased this twice and received no
further communication. I am fully expecting
their 'stock email' expressing 'surprise and
shock' that we are not happy, and asking us
how they can 'rectify the situation'
This is a prime example of a company not
prepared to stand behind their products, and
seem to consider that a greater than 50% one
star rating from Trust Pilot is acceptable.
Suggest you avoid wasting money and contact
JL in the UK or Le Creuset in France for
products that have a verifiable heritage and
reputation.

Extremely poor quality. We bought three pans - costing nearly £300 in total. Diamond Lite life time guarantee pans. Within months the non-stick coating is coming away (essentially ending up in our food). Customer service does not want to know. We are having to replace the pans with stainless steel ones. Complete waste of money. Do not buy.

Update: It is very telling that their response to my review is generic and makes it clear they're not actually interested in helping me resolve any issue. Avoid them!!

We purchased a very expensive Cast Iron pan (With Lid) after being impressed by the cooking demonstration at the Sika Show in Hamilton.
Purchase price as $300 plus.

It really has turned out to be a “Dud”
Dispute following care instructions, we found that the “Non Stick” properties only lasted about a month.
Less time than the cheap nasty throwaway pans that you can buy for $30 at the supermarket.
I definitely would not recommend this product to other potential buyers.

Your reply to my review is what I expected, I have sent many emails (one in the last week asking for an update, to support and darryl) . Rather than me sending more emails, why don't you look my name up in your support system and answer and reply to those ones . It seems logic does not apply to the person just copying a standard reply in here . Your support system is terrible , why would I want to send another email that is going to disappear

Started off great and then pitted within 8months. Now everything sticks - but worse, how unhealthy it is for the family. Purchased this expensive pan as a healthy cooking option - it turns out just as bad as any other nonstick pan. Better off purchasing cast iron or stainless steel.

My frypan pitted in less than a year- so much for diamond coating.

non stick layer is peeling off. tried to claim from warranty online one week ago, but absolutely not response or even acknowledgement. called there customer service yesterday and mel said she had received my on line submission and would respond by the afternoon, but no response again. contacted them again today on phone, and mel said they are flooded but somebody on the team will respond soon. I am afraid this is the beginning of them trying not to be responsible for their warranty. If still no decent response i will have to report them to the relevant agencies. But I hope thats not the case and i will update here if they do come back to me positively.

Loved my pan but now the coating is coming off, have complained multiple times and heard nothing back. Very poor customer service!

Pan is not stable especially the coating is easy to remove

$250 for the so-called “best ever Diamond Pro Pan,” and just a year and a half later, it’s completely peeled and unusable. Stay away from these products, it’s a waste of money.

If you reach out to their customer service, they won’t do anything without the original receipt, fully aware that no one keeps a receipt for a pan. The store where I purchased it has closed, likely due to bankruptcy, I wonder why. Providing pictures of the damaged pan or offering to send it back isn’t enough for them; they simply don’t care.

Save your money and don't buy Woll. The so called 25 year warranty means zilch. It seems impossinle to contact anyone to make a warranty claim. Website is useless. We bought a Diamond Lite pan. In less than 2 years the non stick coating is flaking off. We've only used it to boil rice in. Never put it in a dishwasher (we don't own one), always used a wooden utensil with it. The coating is peeling off the bottom and the lip of the pan where the lid rests. This cost us £100. What a joke. Will never buy Woll again.

I bought a woll cast iron frying pan titanium and paid £100...overpriced and it did not last... After 2 years the pan started to disintegrate and the non stick stopped working. I was guaranteed a life time guarantee which was a lie. Keep clear of Woll pans.. Over priced and you don't get the quality.. You can get a good pan at Asda.

You can find dozens of other reviews under mine and my case is exactly the same - the outer layer of the pan started peeling off, but despite a 25 year warranty Woll doesn't want to do anything. They just ignore my emails. The German shop where I purchased the pan does the same.

This company makes trying to make a warranty claim near impossible in the United States. I have two pots I purchased in dec and March of 2022-23 . Both pots were expensive and are loosing the nonstick surface. Run from this company.

I bought the pot at Costco for almost 300$ a pot, after use it for less than 10 time with all the precaution, the coat of the bottom starts to come out. Contact the service, they said it is normal!!!!! I am in shocked! My T-fal lasts even longer after used them for more than 50 times , they look perfectly fine, woll is out of my list, I should have bought lagostina instead of spending 300$ for 1 piece and does not last

Woll offer a 3 year warranty on the non stick surface of their NOWO Pans and 25 year warranty on the pan itself. When the non stick surface of my pan started to fail after 2 years I tried to make a claim on their 3 year warranty. Their response was to refer me back to the retailer - who refused to help as the pan is more than 2 years old. Under UK consumer law this is actually a breach of contract, but Woll (who are based in Germany) are now simply ignoring my emails about this. Beware
