this was my second Maceball I have bought from Wolverson. These are quality maceball's and the customer service is also excellent. Fast delivery and great communication.

To respond to your inaccurate comment - my email was sent to you on Thursday at 21.09. May be the Wolverson weekend starts early, but for most it starts on Friday 5pm.
I haven't had time as yet to review your response as I have been travelling. Obviously, if there are any issues I will get in contact with Wolverson again. May be the quality checks of what is being sent out, including instructions need to be more thorough. I'll leave this for Wolverson to decide.
Ordered the weighted vest. Have used similar equipment before but with this, the straps are not integrated and it is not obvious on the 10Kg vest how the straps go around. I looked at the photos on the website, and its not simple as the vest on show is for the larger sized vests. I contacted customer services and no answer! It's not difficult, like other suppliers, to either put instructions on line with the equipment or in the box itself. I ordered the bulgarian bag - and given that is from an external supplier, that had information on usage and storage etc.
And when I write a bad review on the Wolverson website, the review doesn't show up - oh dear!
So right now the equipment is useless to me until customer services can find the time to respond.

Disappointment on top of disappointment, Wolverson Fitness owes me about £280, I have cancelled an order, sent back the kettlebells which they received but no refund issued. I have been waiting for now 3 weeks for a refund, this is not professional at all. I have called their customer service every week and I'm always met with excuses that the finance team is busy or they are not responding. I would put 0 stars if I could, lack of professionalism, no one is taking any responsibility, I called again today and I was told they will call me back in the day, no one has called me back, I do not recommend their services to anyone.

I purchased an open trap bar from Wolverson Fitness recently.
The quality of the bar was excellent and I could not fault the service I received from them.
The packaging for the order was first class as was the courier company that they used. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.

Delivery arrived on time. Overall the canke machine I ordered is a quality product. The only reason i haven't given 5 stars is because of the instructions being unclear at times. The machine is well built and does everything I need it to.

I've been a loyal customer of Wolverson Fitness for quite some time, relying on their competition kettlebells for my training. Their products have typically met my expectations, which is why I felt confident in my latest purchase of a 20KG competition kettlebell. However, my recent experience has left me with mixed feelings.

The kettlebell itself is, as always, of solid quality, but I was surprised to find that the handle texture has changed significantly. Unlike the smooth handles of my previous kettlebells from Wolverson, the new one features a rough, textured grip. While I understand that product designs can evolve, the new handle texture is not as comfortable for my personal preference, especially during longer training sessions.

I reached out to Wolverson via email to inquire about the rationale behind this design change and whether all future competition kettlebells will have this textured handle. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to my query. The lack of communication is disappointing, as I value transparency and customer service highly when choosing where to invest in my training equipment.

It's also worth mentioning that the paint finish on the new kettlebell doesn't seem to match the quality I've come to expect based on my previous purchases. The difference in the finish's appearance and feel suggests a change in manufacturing standards that I had hoped to understand better through my inquiry.

To sum up, while I remain a fan of Wolverson's products for their reliability and performance, I am left with reservations about the new kettlebell's handle texture and the company's current customer service. My hope is that this review prompts Wolverson to provide clarity on their product design decisions and to improve their responsiveness to customer feedback. A dialogue about these changes would be greatly appreciated, as it helps loyal customers like myself make informed decisions and maintain trust in the brand.

Well, I ordered the Assault Bike Classic on 26th Feb 24 it's now the 15th March and still nothing.

The Customer service is atrocious at best I have called them four times since 8th March and they don't bother calling back to let me know what is happening.

Looks like they will lose £600 of my money.

I love kettlebell training, and the 32kg adjustable kettlebell is a solid purchase. It feels safe and secure when performing snatches and Turkish get ups, and it’s fairly easy to adjust between exercises.

Well constructed, strong and reliable! I would personally recommend this to anyone that is looking to save space.

I was recommended this company by a friend who is well into Kettlebell sport. I was in the market for kettlebells for strength training. It was suggested I go for Competition kettlebells. His recommendation was spot on. Yes whilst at first glance the cost seems high, once you get your hands on them the quality is obvious. Delivery time was excellent and good old customer service is still a thing with Wolverson. If you are in the market for gym/ strength equipment then you could do a lot worse then give these guys a look. Thank you
