This is by far the best online shop for buying smartphones from abroad. The product prices are fair, as well as the shipping charges. The processing of my last order was incredibly fast. Even though the homepage said it would take 1-2 days to process, the parcel was handed over to the shipping provider in only less than 24 hours and delivered only 3 days later. From Hongkong (I live in Germany)! I don't know how this is possible, but it's true. This is customer service at its best, as far as my experience goes its unmatched so far and I don't think this could be any better. Keep up the great work Wondamobile!

Ordered phone on May, 16th. The item was delivered to Estonia with DHL on May, 22th (faster than I expected).

I was preparing to make an order after watching reviews from a popular youtuber average dad but after seeing their actions I'll now go elsewhere.

Claims he was harmful to their company yet he still recommended them and did nothing but good things for the company.

I brought vivo x fold 3 this is the third phone I have brought from Wonda Mobile over the past 5 years. I won't buy from anyone else as the cost of delivery and customs tax is included so what you see is what you pay .. other sites you would find you have to pay extra. Fast delivery and full tracking and the company is terrific

- no chat, only email
- support answers only on the first question and ignores other questions in email (checked a few times)
- I have asked to decline the order and transfer money back, because now I see unexpected delays in sending. But my request was left without comments/explanations (company haven't sent the order yet, so it's possible to decline)
