Failed to Show Up for Paid Tour, SCAM

The meeting point was set at 4pm inside the shopping centre at city centre al shindagha. Since our previous tour ended earlier, we waited from 1pm to 4pm until our wonder bus tour starts.

4pm came and went and no one was at the meeting point but us. The empty kiosk that we were sitting in looked abandoned for months which is when it hit me, this company must have gone bust.

Several messages on Viator and no replies so i found their whatsup number and messaged them at least 20 times and the same result.

After waiting another 40 minutes past the actual meeting time, i left.

This company is a scam. Everyone BEWARE
