Scam 30-Day Guarantee! Ignoring technical proof for Order EB2603060829427921885
I am a professional editor and I am extremely disappointed with Wondershare UniConverter. I purchased the software (Order EB2603060829427921885) for its AI Upscaling (V17) feature, but it completely failed to improve my archival .DAT files.
Despite their "30-Day Money Back Guarantee," they are refusing to refund my money. I have already sent a ZIP file containing source videos, screen recordings of the failure, and log files as proof, but their support team (Shena) has now stopped responding to my emails.
They are intentionally delaying the process to cross the 30-day limit. This is a clear case of "Unfair Trade Practice." I have already reported this to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and initiated a dispute with Google Pay.
STAY AWAY from Wondershare! They do not honor their refund policy even when provided with technical evidence.

I have been charged for 4 consecutive…
I have been charged for 4 consecutive months for the product "Filmora Creative Assets (Effects & Plug-ins) Monthly Plan" (Order CO187788511812604166), which I have never used and which is completely unusable without a Pro plan, a plan I do not hold.
I submitted 4 formal complaints to Wondershare's official support. Every single one was ignored. Despite my repeated complaints, the charges continued month after month with no response, no refund, and no resolution.
This constitutes:
Repeated unauthorized billing
Sale of a product that cannot function on my account
Deliberate disregard of formal consumer complaints
I formally demand the full refund of all months charged without justification.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with:
A bank chargeback for all unauthorized charges
A formal complaint to Portuguese consumer protection authorities
A report filed at livroreclamacoes.pt, Portugal's official legal complaints register
A complaint to the DECO consumer association
Public reviews on Trustpilot and consumer platforms

NEVER BUY FORM WONDERSHARE
I attempted to use their recovery software "Recoverit". After 3 days of running it failed to recover a single file. Then they billed me an EXTRA $59 for another month, without proper notice. Their refund policy is a total joke. You will find it is next to impossible to cancel and get a refund. In fact in their 6 step Cancellation process they offered me a 20% discount to stay with them.
I did business with them in 2024, at that time it was clear that I was buying 1 month's use for $35. This time the charged me $59 which I thought was an annual fee so the charged me $118.00 for NOTHING but wasting my time.

Horrible Program. Failed Exports still use credits.
Pay for Lifetime yet don't get monthly credits and need to pay even more to upgrade to next version.
Export finishes fine, and looks horrible still uses credits.
For lifetime subscription only get 1000 credits even though 1 video of around 20 minutes uses 110.
Need to pay another $70 for 1000 credits.

No working product, no customer support, no refund
Got Dr. Fone to merge and restore previous backups. Did not work as expected, random errors. I've tried reaching out to customer support and spent a few hours realizing there's only bots. Requested a refund well within the 7 day refund window, and it got denied with an excuse. TL;DR I got scammed.
