Love the software. I bought it about a decade ago. Better pricing for what you get compared to Adobe. However, AI integration has made it heavier, and paywalls have been introduced (even after purchas... See more

When I was exploring the app prior to purchasing it looked like the document I was looking for had been found, however after purchasing Wondershare, the document was unable to be opened /read. This is a complete scam. When I applied for a refund it was rejected immediately. Hope no one else falls for the same trap!

Scam company. Stole my money.
Dont trust them, I bought services from them with a money back guarantee which then ended up being not refunded. They're probably just a bunch of scammers in an office somewhere making fake accounts. Don't spend any money with this company.

This company has really bad business practices when it comes to it’s subscription cancellation and refund policy. I have raised the matter with our legal team as I suspect ita policies are in breach of UK Consumer Laws and Standards.
It makes it exceptionally hard to claim a refund on cancellation and its customer service team is unresponsive

I purchased the video editing software to use on a job for a few months in 2025. I cancelled the auto renew. They charged me again in 2026. They said that I had been warned I would be charged again on email but I didn’t get any email. I just wanted a refund for something I didn’t ask for and will not use

The software in question initially presented multiple files as recoverable, creating a clear and reasonable expectation that recovery was possible. However, after payment was made, those same files were suddenly classified as “corrupted” and unrecoverable. This sequence of events raises serious concerns about misrepresentation and a potential bait-and-switch experience.
From both established data recovery standards and my own data management training, truly corrupted files cannot be reliably identified or previewed in the way this software initially suggested. The change in file status after payment undermines the credibility of the product’s claims.
I made multiple attempts to resolve this issue directly with Wondershare. These efforts were met with repeated and excessive requests for documentation, which appeared to delay resolution rather than address the problem. After complying, I was informed that my support ticket had been lost, and there is no indication that the files I submitted were ever properly reviewed.
I also want to note that I am autistic and have ADHD. The handling of this situation—particularly the lack of clear communication, repeated obstacles, and dismissal of my concerns—has made me feel unheard and unsupported.
Based on the above, I am formally requesting a full refund of the purchase. I ask that this matter be reviewed promptly and fairly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I was using the APP for PDF for 1 year. For most of the ODF files it works well. Then I accidentally bought the wrong product. Instead of PDF Element I bought PDFelement AI which is completely different. I wanted to exchange or refund, but couldn't do it automatically. The issue was solved by the support team of the application.

I cancelled my subscription over a month before renewal. I was still charged $22.30.
I spent over an hour trying to resolve through their support with no success. (Got the runaround)
I opened a PayPal dispute — refund was issued immediately.
Draw your own conclusions.

Wonder Share are thieving uncaring thieves.. They automatic sign you up for renewals and refuse to refund even though you have not used their so called product. Part of their scamming business model is to sign you up for Auto renewals and charge you as long as they can.. Avoid them.. Parasites!.

I purchased what I thought was an iPhone unlock tool through their software, but their misleading checkout redirected me to an Android license. I contacted support within 25 minutes of purchase to report the error.
It has been over a week of robotic, useless AI replies. Now, they are refusing a refund by claiming I 'activated and used' the service on one device. This is a total lie. I do not own a single Android device. It is technically impossible for me to have used the software.
They are now stalling by asking for 'log files' for software I uninstalled on day one. They are clearly trying to run out the clock to keep my money. I have already opened a PayPal dispute. Avoid Wondershare at all costs; their 'refund policy' is an AI and it's a complete scam designed to trap you in a support loop.

Once again, Wondershare tried to cheat me. Today, I opened Wondershare Filmora 13 to be offered a *free upgrade* to Wondershare Filmora 15. I accepted, downloaded, and installed, only to find I have to pay. There is no way to get v13 back, and for the second time now, I am stuck with no working video editing software because these thieves have again cheated me.

This app promise things but deliver zero!
I bought mainly to unlock screen because i foget the pattern, its not even able to rease data or do anyything on it own, it only provide you with images u can fallow, same images you can find on google, so what is the purpose of the app if u have to rease all data to unlock screen AND even when you decide to wipe data, it does not work, scam do not buy!

**Title: Misleading subscription changes, hidden recurring charges, and disappearing credits**
I purchased the $99/year Fumora package, which clearly stated I would receive 2,000 credits per month for 12 months. That was the agreement I paid for.
At some point, the platform introduced a “free auto-update” option. After clicking this update, my original subscription terms were effectively overridden without any clear warning. Suddenly, I no longer received the included monthly credits and instead had to purchase credits separately.
I then bought what I believed were one-time credit packages. However, these were actually set up as recurring monthly subscriptions without clear disclosure. I did not realize this until I logged back in after a couple of months and noticed I had accumulated around 12,000 credits.
After checking my billing, I found I had been charged approximately $9.99 per month multiple times (stacked subscriptions). I immediately canceled all of them.
At that point, I assumed I would still retain the credits I had already paid for. However, after logging back in again later, all of those credits had disappeared.
Summary of issues:
* Original subscription terms changed after an update without clear consent
* “One-time” credit purchases were actually recurring subscriptions
* Multiple overlapping charges occurred without clear visibility
* Purchased credits were later removed from the account
This experience feels misleading and poorly communicated at best. At worst, it appears designed in a way that makes it very easy to be charged repeatedly without realizing it.
I would not recommend this service. Even if the interface is easy to use, the billing structure and credit system are not trustworthy in my experience.
If you do use it, be extremely cautious with any credit purchases and monitor your billing closely.

I’ve been using PDFElement by Wondershare for quite some time now. I did try switching back to Adobe Acrobat in between, but eventually returned to PDFElement.
On the Apple ecosystem (Mac), the performance and overall smoothness are noticeably better. It feels lighter, faster, and more responsive for everyday tasks like editing, signing, and organizing PDFs.
That said, while it’s a strong tool overall, some advanced features still fall short compared to Acrobat. But for most practical use cases, it delivers excellent value.
Overall, a solid PDF editor, especially if you’re working primarily on a Mac.

I use pdf element for 5 to 6 years now. Always the best

Try to pay with paypal, because in case the App encounters a bug (and it will), support is not going to help and making any refund process very hard. No matter if you collect every single detail as you were a bug triager working for them.
So, pay with PayPal to protect yourself.
