They don't help
On the site it says if you are having problems paying back your loan get in touch, so I did and I was just told that I had to pay it back within 3 days or I would be charged and my credit rating would be affected. I only wanted it extending for 4 days and they were no help at all. I have been using for about a year now and always paid back on time, won't be using them again.
