Sucks.
Probably great, if you have unlimited expendable income, can visit the store and love Freud, but overall, shipping is slow, repeated orders of the same sample are replaced with something akin to feline urine and the filter system to search for specific scents is totally random, looking for something primarily green and woody resulted in samples that primarily smell floral and sweet or like unlit cigars, with maybe some hints of cedar or sandal.
Then you also get postcards with dumb comments with every order, you can't really use them for anything because of the scribbles, so they go straight in the paper trash, but the packaging is "sustainability conscious".

We have been customers with Woodberg for over a year now and we absolutely love it. The fragrances are unique and special and you won’t find them in your everyday store around the corner. Customer service is great and with the little note and extra testers in the package they really know how create a customer relationship. In short….wanna feels special…buy a fragrance from Woodberg.

I was nervous purchasing from an overseas store I hadn’t heard of, given the higher (but extremely reasonable) shipping costs, but the entire transaction was wonderful. My fragrance was authentic and shipped incredibly quickly, the free samples seemed thoughtfully curated, and the packing was top notch. So happy and grateful for the excellent service! My order was delivered quickly, everything was securely packaged and arrived intact. In addition to my order, the package contained a card with a personal note and a free fragrance sample. I am completely satisfied!

I loved being able to try out some new perfumes at such a good price and the selection is just incredible! It’s a very personal experience and the customer service is just great. The perfume sample picked out for me is definitely getting bought full size next time.
