used a few times in the past and seemed ok . delivery usually slow though
now no communication if you try to get in touch , rip you off and send you nothing .
last 2 deliveries never arrived.
NEVER USING THEM AGAIN .

Definitely a scam. Banks are blocking bank transfer payments. They are mimicking the old Welsh woodburners website which is now defunct. Don't do buisness with them.

Same as everyone else, order not arrived and impossible to speak with then. Used to be good but now as others say a total scam

These are the same thieves from Herbalist Tea Rooms.
I'll be deleting all my other reviews from here that praised them. It's now just absolute robbery. I'd been using them for 4 years. But like other reviews have said, they're still happily taking peoples money while never sending anything and completely ignoring you when you contact them.
They've even got a "chat bot" now.
Don't be fooled by any new reviews that are above one star. I'd have given them none at all but that ain't an option.

22 June 2025 Update Update! all communications have stop and still no products received. Avoid these scammers! having used this site for a couple of years now and been very happy with thier products. Unfortunately they have been getting things a bit wrong recently. However after not receiving my order yet that was placed on the 31st March and after multiple emails with only one sort reply about clearing a backlog, I eventually found a WhatsApp number and sent them a message. I got a reply after a few hours and they have said that they have been moving premises and that all orders are now being sent out. So hopefully my order of nearly £200 will turn up in the next couple of days. I mentioned that it would probably be a good idea to inform their customers of said move instead of ignoring all the emails.
Hopefully I'll be able to change this to a more positive review if things start to improve 🙏

Order was told delivery will be on a Sunday waited till Tuesday still nothing called number off emailed twice no reply. Just robbed my money

I WAS WORRIED ABOUT MY ORDER, NO COMMS, THEN SUDDENLY THERE IT WAS BY MY BACK DOOR, SO IM HAPPY BUT WISH THE COMMS WERE BETTER

Scam do not buy

First order arrived within days, second one within weeks, third one never came. Emails and numbers unresponsive, even with a polite message. Lesson learned - using this website is a total gamble!

I’ve ordered before with speedy delivery and no issue, but my most recent order hasn’t showed up after 15 days! I’ve texted and emailed multiple times and have only been messaged back once, asking for my order number (they didn’t respond after I gave them it). I can’t just afford to lose £95

Have been ordering from this company for over a year. Since April this year they have become unreliable and unresponsive to emails. They have not fulfilled my 3 weeks old order so now I'll be going down the debit card refund route. No customer service to speak off. Avoid or prepare to loose your money.

Used to be good but now seem to be taking peoples money and not delivering goods . Will not be using anymore.

UPDATE 12th July: order from June received in full with apology gift for the delay.

It is now 1st of July. My second order from the 14th June is still not received showing the status “awaiting processing”
I’m utterly disappointed that all advertised methods of contact from the multiple email addresses to phone and WhatsApp numbers have been unusable, emails not responded to and the numbers were going nowhere.
A huge shame because the first order was perfectly received and timed to now a polar opposite experience.
I paid the second order to have next day delivery because it was before 12pm as described on the site that it was possible to do so.
I’m left without choice other than to leave a 1 star review when i’d prefer to leave 5.

UPDATE - Received a slim portion of my order and have noticed that it’s now marked out of stock. Second item STILL to arrive, and the majority of first or alternative. Also see they have changed email address. They can update website just not loyal customers. ANOTHER missing order - and NO response from emails or txts!!
Had issue on previous order and waited 2+ weeks for arrival. Managed to talk to someone and they could say was there had been an issue and it was sorted. Got free papers - although was told there would be extra in packet. Another order placed and took a week to arrive. No response to email or txt. Now waiting a week for recent order!! No response from email or txt. THESE GUYS USED TO BE AWESOME - NOT ANYMORE. They say only txt as emails aren’t checked, but makes no difference. If the reason for recent issues was explained then it can be understated and worked around, but unfortunately it looks like they are just ripping people off, for their hard earned cash. Absolute tragedy for a company that was helping people and was so fast and reliable.

My experience of these guys is, they are awesome. They DO answer their phone. I've placed orders and received great service, everytime.

be very careful with what you orderfrom this site I have order some productonly to find they are completely fake basically but what has added insult is they have so far chose to ignore my email expressing my concern and wishing to be reimbursed I still await their reply.
