Amazing prices and service
We looked everywhere and found the prices here to be by far the cheapest we had come across. We ordered on tues and our floor arrived on thursday and was fitted by our joiner on friday. We are so pleased with how it looks and the adive we have been given was a big help

best price but make sure you over order
It was the best price I found online due to cheaper delivery costs, however when I got the wood out of the packaging half of one pack was broken at the corner and so couldn't be used. Overall though because it was cheaper, I got what I paid for. The wood which wasn't broken was good quality and looks lovely.

We can always replace any damaged goods.Please inspect them on delivery and if anything arrives damaged in transit , just sign for it as damaged and we can then replace them straigt away for you.
Odering was good but after that everything went down hill
The ordering was easy, usually is when paying, but after delivery when i came to put the flooring down i found that they had sent me two different styles of the same floor. about half had normal coloured joints and the other a black edge to all planks i used all planks but the two rooms look different, after that getting a refund for short oder was a long process and was only resovled when i threatened legal action. not happy will not be singing there praises.

Im very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with us. If anything is defective or not as expected, we can always change it over before it is fitted , but it becomes more difficult to do so after fitting which is possibly why this may have take a litel longer to sort out than you had hoped.

Fast service, lovely product
Chosen for two main reasons…
Firstly, we were after flooring to blend in with other solid wood flooring throughout the house. So colour and finish were important. We found exactly what we were after at woodenfloorshop.
Secondly, price. In today's climate, it's just as important in final choice.
Overall, we were really happy with the product (and service) – it arrived within a couple of days, looks great and feels great. A nice 'quality' feel about it.
Can't comment on how the flooring performs - as it's still in the box (we've been too busy at work). However, eager to get the project finished and flooring down. Really looking forward to seeing final result!… think it will work a treat and really finish off the room!!
