Worst customer service ever and poor workmanship.

Think again before you place an order with this company. Read all the poor reviews. I didn’t, hence the agony in having to wait 5 months for delivery just to be told something was wrong with the delivery supplier and had to wait one more week. But that is not all. There were missing parts and had to wait 3 more weeks. Luckily I bought the parts from local supplier and finally we installed the gates. The final surprise the gates are out of measure and poorly made. I made an effort and asked at that time for a refund on the missing parts and the response was to send them back in order to get the refund despite explaining that the parts weren’t delivered.
Now that I seen the poor reviews I don’t even bother to get compensation for poor workmanship and refund for the parts missing.
Hopefully you the new customer will open your eyes and stay away.
