The staff are lovely and seemed to love our dog, however on collection he was filthy! His fur was dirty and felt greasy. He smelt very bad!!!
He has never smelt this bad before so not sure why he was so dirty.
He has also come down with kennel cough. He was vaccinated and knew this was a risk, however on top of the filth he was in, it concerns me of the state of the kennels as we did not see where the dogs slept.
The staff at Woodfarm love animals and it shows! I have a border collie,Bear, who can be unsettled in kennels but they go the extra mile to make sure he is looked after and all his needs are met. He recently came bouncing out to me as happy as when he arrived. Bear clearly knows and lo as individual staff members.
I hAve boarded my dogs at Woodfarm for 16 years now and have never had any worries at all about doing so. I would definitely recommend!
Just picked up our Doris after a 5 night stay!
She was super happy and very well looked after, the staff are all friendly, professional and love our Girl, Doris had to give fusses and thank you cuddles when we picked her up.
Highly recommend these kennels, we have been using woodfarm for a few years now and we have always jad a positive experience!! 5 stars all round.

Awful experience. On collection our one dog was limping got in the car he could hardly breathe when we got home realised his collar was on 3 notches tighter than it should have been. The other dog we then realised had no collar on was clearly distressed. Had been sprayed with something white were both covered in it. They were clingy and on edge. Emailed the kennels to ask about missing collar and condition of dogs twice with no response. Would never use again.
Been using for six years never had any problems with the care my dog has received but the best thing about the kennel is how much the staff care☺
