Broadway Dental Surgery Woodhall Spa

Woodhall Spa Dentist, Broadway Dental Surgery

This is a terrible dentist surgery if you need NHS treatment!

My husband came in as an NHS patient and had pain from a tooth that needed attention. The 'Dentist' was insistent he had a temporary filling and see how it goes.

He developed a lot more pain in the tooth and got so bad over the bank holiday weekend he kept ringing the surgery to get an emergency appointment.

Was told he had to ring back at 8.45 the following day as they only have 1 NHS Appointment a day!

178 calls later they finally picked up the phone and said it had gone as someone had waited outside for the 1 emergency appointment but they would be more than happy to see him if he paid private!

He was told he couldn't see the last 'Dentist' he saw, as he was not allowed to do fillings and extractions as he was not a dentist!! He was just a technician!!

Disgusted with this surgery, and the place is always so hectic and stressful.

He found a private dentist today and had to pay £470 for them to fix the issue. Apparently the temporary filling they had put in had split the tooth even further right across the nerve, no wonder he was in agony! They also reported bits of filling cement all over the tooth next to it so a real bodge job.

If you need NHS work.... look somewhere else, you don't even see a real dentist and they are not there when you need them, even to fix their own shocking work!.
