Having read some bad reviews of this company after I payed for my cut plywood I was a little apprehensive. I decided to collect my order to save on shipping costs as they are not far from me. The unit they operate from is a little rough and ready but I had absolutely no problems with my product. The price was great it was done very quickly and the quality was spot on. Absolutely no complaints from me.
I ordered a sheet of 6mm moisture resistant MDF, measuring over a metre in width and 62 cm in length to patch up a hole left by a broken pane of glass in a kitchen door. I wasn’t too bothered about when it would be delivered , so I just chose the Economy delivery time and it arrived a fortnight later. The product was well packaged and delivered by Yodel in the 2 hour timeframe they’d said it would.
I placed an order 31st March for a single small table top, expecting delivery between 3-7 working days. Received initial order and invoice emails promptly, then nothing!
Customer service emails are unhelpful responses, and always arrive 2 minutes before they close at 5pm, presumably to avoid having to deal with immediate replies. After waiting for 10+ mins on hold during phone calls, they just slam the phone down as soon as it rings, and at any hour of the working day! Appalling behaviour.
Ive needed to constantly chase or escalate things to receive any communication. There is no sign that they have even started this job. It is not the experience clients should have to put up with.
It's all too late for the campervan conversion project now, so today i decided to complete and send the cancellation form before the order enters production and is despatched to save us all expense! Despite their advertised 'cancel' contact address being incorrect on the website (it just bounced back), i managed to get it to a Hayley in Customer Service, for her to just completely ignore it in her reply! Disgraceful!
Update, Hayley emailed me stating they have '30 days contract' to complete the order and will not cancel it. I replied stating i never saw this 30 day clause, nor can i find it on the website, order confirmation or invoice! Had i seen it i would not have ordered it as i need within 10 days. These people are not just incompetent, but possibly outside of consumer law, and i am now going to contact my credit card company for advice. I clearly wont be getting a refund! PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT MY AND MANY OTHER REVIEWERS MISTAKE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 8 sheets of 3mm mdf for a diy project . Ordered on 05/04/2026 and arrived 15/04/2026. I live in the Outer Hebrides and am grateful to this Company for posting them here as too many won’t. Sheets arrived very well packaged , good quality sheets and exactly what I wanted and ordered. Sizing exact. Will now order more with no concerns whatsoever. I have read the negative reviews but honestly my experience was 100%
I wish i had read the reviews before placing the order. They had the cheek to charge me for express delivery and here i have 2 weeks after placing an order and still waiting. Losing count of how many times i've chased them now

Good quality and price, I ordered 4 custom sized plywood boards. Dispatched quickly - the only thing that lets them down is using yodel who failed to deliver 3 times despite me having to take time off to wait in all day and by the time it arrived I’d had to source elsewhere.

This is the second time I've sourced a melamine shelf or panel from Woodsheets.com The quality is excellent: much better than I could craft myself. Not cheap, but worth it. It took about 6 days to manufacture them, and about 3 days for the courier (which also isn't cheap) to deliver them. Royal Mail only narrow the delivery time down to 9am - 5pm, so they came while I was in the shower. They left the product on the step in full view of the street. I installed the latest panel today. Paid for express delivery based on a specific delivery date. That date came and went — the item hadn’t even been manufactured.
Requested cancellation multiple times before dispatch. Completely ignored.
Customer service responses were copy-paste, contradictory, and tried to rely on “custom item” excuses instead of taking responsibility for missing the agreed delivery timeframe.
It felt like talking to a brick wall.
Now being told they will dispatch anyway despite clear cancellation requests.
Avoid. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect it to be fixed.

It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this is genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with.
I placed an order over 2 months ago with specific cutting instructions. To make sure everything was clear, I also sent an email and left a voicemail to confirm the measurements, and received an email reply saying that this was no problem. When I received the order it had been cut incorrectly. I contacted them to explain the issue, and they agreed to redo the job at no extra cost.
Over 2 months later and there is no sign that they have even thought about starting this job. Every few days I call for an update and it feels like starting the conversation from scratch each time. I'm given excuses such as "needing measurements" that I've already sent over multiple times, or that I need to speak to a specific person who happens to be busy every time I call and is apparently going to call me back when they are free (yet to receive a single call from this company). I'm then assured that the job will be started "first thing tomorrow", only to hear nothing until I call up again. Rinse and repeat.
It's too late for the project I was working on now so I've just requested a refund. Dreading how long I'm going to be chasing this.
Completely apathetic company with no regard for clients, extremely poor communication and organisation. Honestly like a caricature of a bad company. I wish I'd checked trustpilot earlier and seen the reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible experience. My order came incomplete. From the 7 boards I ordered and paid for, only 3 arrived, one was damaged due to poor packaging. I have been chasing them and sending emails, trying to see if I get a refund because the remaining boards have never been sent.
I wish I had read the reviews prior to my purchase.

Whilst I'm still grateful for it, I wouldn't order anything again. It's just too much hassle!

This is the first time I have ever had to leave a bad review and I really wish I had read reviews before I ordered from this company!! Ordered custom floating shelves on 4th Feb told up to 7 days. Nothing arrived I chased them up and just a rude email saying basically when they are done they will email tracking. Chased 4 or 5 times to get the same response. They arrived 6 weeks later and without the brackets I emailed and they said I didn't. Order any?? They should have come with them as they are custom shelves how would I know how may they have rebated and what sizes they would be. I asked for the brackets to be sent as gesture of good will only to be ignored. I will never use this company again PLEASE PLEASE READ REVIEWS before you purchase anything from this company.
