All round bad experience, steer clear

My wife scheduled to have an infected tooth pulled here, when she went on June 10th, they told her teeth were in bad shape, suggested dentures. On July 20th, the removal of all teeth for dentures scheduled, the surgeon did not show up and her appointment was cancelled. Still in pain from the infected tooth, they rescheduled for August 24 (no sooner available!). That appointment was again cancelled due to the surgeon no showing up for work. At this point, we decided that we could not trust this office and my wife needed immediate care. We cancelled her contract and we're told that a refund check would be sent within 3 weeks from Aug.24th. On September 14th, after no check for our $5400+ arrived, I called to find out that the refund check was sent back to the finance company (who we had paid in full in July) instead of to us and told we would have to contact them. Not sure why funds paid to the dentist office needed to go back through finance company, but they could have told us this on July 24th. Finance company could have sent us the fund on September 2 when available instead of having to wait two more weeks to find this out! Now, we are waiting another 7 to 10 days from September 16th for our money. Woodstock Dentistry is not professional in my opinion, do not care about their customers pain or financial needs. Add to that not keeping to their word. Go elsewhere!
