Great training session
Great training session. Lots of new info and shown to us in a way that we could understand. Love the email tips too. Ed was very patient with us and took the time to show some pretty basic skills where needed.

Think course content was good
Think course content was good, but felt rushed and a lot to take on board in such a short period of time, would work a lot better for trainees spread over a few days, going more indepth in specific areas relevant to areas of work required by individuals. Access to post training online content very good, but could be improved and made easier if quick links were added to content listings, so you could jump straight to the section you wished to view, rather than having to scroll through 100's of pages.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. On the course you attended we were booked by your company through a booking partner to deliver an off the shelf course outline which generally is advised to be run in a one-day session. We do usually recommend having a pre course skills assessment carried out ahead of a course to ensure the correct level of content is delivered in an appropriate timescale for the group who is attended the session. For some reason this offer was not taken up and this is why the course was delivered with no tailoring to your needs. We will be looking in to how to make this easier for our customers to take up and increase awareness when making a course booking as to why tailored courses work the best for attendees.
With the post course notes we pack as much information into them as possible, so you have access to the “full beans”. But we also recognise this can be a bit daunting for the learner. We will be working on improving our course notes for the future and when this happens these improvements will be published to the course notes area for you to benefit from.
In the meantime, please feel free to get in touch if you have any specific question or if you need any help. We are always at the end of an email to help you if you require it.

Excel Skills Course
Ben explained some of the more critical concepts of excel to a small group, providing a useful insight. This was done at a pace suitable for everyone at the course, thus enabling everyone to learn a great deal from the experience. To complement this, Ben provided us with individual assistance as and when was needed to help us grasp a coherent understanding. This was particularly useful for me as excel will be a pivotal tool when I embark on an accounting & finance course at university this month. I would like to thank Ben for coming in to explain things so well 😃
