Beautiful product but customer service lacking
The toys are beautiful and made with quality. I can trust there’s no harmful ingredients for baby. I would have given 5 star if customer experience was better. Incorrectly ordered duplicate items and immediately emailed customer service to correct the order. Order was received and still have not heard back from the company.

It was a great experience
It was a great experience. First they have the toys that I was looking for (candlabs). Second, the site was pretty nice to navigate. Then they shipped rather quickly and they was even a thank you note inside the package! That's great!

Read everything on the page carefully
Buyer Beware. Read everything on the page very carefully before placing an order. Rather than making it impossible to place international purchases on certain items that they do not ship internationally, this company allows you to calculate international shipping for those items and place the order. Then they charge you $10. A warning (minus the actual cost) about this is placed on the pages of the items, but the technological ability to prevent these purchases from being made exists and they do not choose to do this. So I ended up paying $10 for no product. I am certain I'm not the only customer who doesn't read every detail on a product's page, but this company relies on customers doing exactly that.
In reply to this company’s reply I want to be clear that I did not see any of their “well placed warnings” and therefore had no hope that they would “ship it anyway.” I did make a mistake in placing an order with this company, and it cost me $10. I wish this company simply prevented international shipping from being calculated for orders that cannot be shipped internationally, rather than expecting customers to review the FAQ or product page in detail before placing an order.

Thank you for your review. Canadian retailers are not allowed to ship some products to U.S. addresses, including the Grapat products that you ordered. We make this very clear in several places, including on the Grapat product collection page, in our FAQs, on our Shipping and Delivery page, and on the product descriptions themselves. We include a written advisory and a prominent graphic to make sure that it captures your attention.
The manufacturer requires retailers to reject orders for these products from U.S. customers, it is not our decision. However, when you place an order that we have to cancel, our small business is charged for the transaction and for the currency conversion cost. Those are costs that our small business cannot recoup.
We are sorry that you had a poor experience shopping with us, but we remain committed to our responsibility to respect territorial restrictions on certain products. Our tools do not allow us to preemptively ban U.S. customers, but we have found that having multiple hard-to-miss warnings in several places is effective. We also hope that your review will make sure that any other U.S. customers hoping that we'll just "ship it anyway" will learn from your mistake.

Dependable quality and quick delivery as always. Products are well packaged for shipping and as described. Can not recommend the Candylab series of toys and WoodWoodToys enough.
