Do not rent here! 1st apartment flooded multiple times! Upstairs neighbors set off the sprinklers and it destroyed about 75% of the item I owned. They moved me into a smaller unit and I had no issues in that unit other than the fact that it was smaller than the 1st unit so we decided to move into a larger unit. I was not able to see the unit until I go the key that day I walked into the unit it wasn’t clean and it had (still has) roaches. I let the office know that day and they sent out pest control. The infestation is so bad and they have known about since day 1 and they are now blaming me and my family and now because I asked to break the lease at their fault (literally not going to cost them anything) now want to expose me and my family to harmful chemicals to solve the issue they moved me into and knew about. They also let me know even if they bomb the unit, if the other units in the building have roaches I will have the issue occur again. Absolutely disgusted and furious. Don’t rent here! Building 29 is infested! Also the property manager should be fired because her professionalism is non existent, she lies, and has 0 accountability in my opinion!
