Worn out toe on my woolery that was less then a year old

I loved my woolerys that I bought less then a year ago.....and they have a hole worn through at the big toe! Very Sad that they just don't last very long.

Don’t expect feedback

I placed an order for over $500.00. One item was out of stock but the website did not indicate this and they never let me know. I asked through the texting app on their website and they did not inspire much confidence and I thought they where dismissive. It would be nice to get some actual feedback about the order I made.

They were very slow to ship partials

They were very slow to ship partials, did not provide timely tracking, and each shipment boxes were missing items. Due to receiving department different from end user at the college drop-ship location, my customer did not realize items were missing until past Woolery's 10-day deadline. I understand discrepancy policies but they should ensure they're REALLY shipping everything they say they are in the first place. I would not trust them to purchase again.

As a family owned and operated small business, we stand by our commitment to customer service and go to great lengths to address situations when our level of service falls short. However, that is not the case with this particular order. Likewise, we encourage and support accurate and honest online reviews. However, this specific review omits some rather key details of the order in question.

“They were very slow to ship partials”
• Order was placed by phone on 10/2
• Customer was informed when order was placed that it would be 2-3 weeks for all items to ship, due to the size of her order
• Customer was informed that due to the size and nature of items ordered, we would ship in multiple shipments
• The last shipment to complete her order was made on 10/25
• Customer called us on 10/17 to update the delivery address as the one she provided on 10/2 was incorrect

“did not provide timely tracking “
• Tracking numbers for all three shipments made to fulfill this order were sent via automated email to the email address of record at the time of each shipment.

“each shipment boxes were missing items”
• Each and every box that leaves our shop contains a packing list that itemizes the contents of that particular shipment.
• Our records show that each and every one of the 52 items ordered were shipped and delivered.

As to the “Due to receiving department different from end user at the college drop-ship location, my customer did not realize items were missing until past Woolery’s 10-day deadline.” - any internal customer communication issues are neither relevant nor material to the level of service provided by us.

Finally, the review references a “Woolery 10-day” deadline. There is no such “deadline” for any aspect of our business, including customer orders. In fact, we offer a 30-day “No Hassle Return Policy.” Additional details can be found on our website: https://woolery.com/no-hassle-return-policy
