I have ordered from Wooly What Knot several times now. I've had a variety of macrame cords, beads and frames. All have arrived very quickly (usually 2 days after ordering) and the quality of all the products I have bought are top notch and good value for money. I would recommend to anyone wanting cords and beads for macrame makes. There is a great selection of colours and thicknesses of cord. I will definitely be back when I need more stock.

I’d been looking for t-shirt yarn all over and came across this site which is UK based! Super easy to order and my delivery came within 2 days! This is my new go to for t-shirt yarn and macrame cord

I have made a few orders from here and have to say the delivery has been super fast every time. I have been buying the cord and every colour has been gorgeous and amazing to work with. Customer service is great always quick to respond and very helpful. I definately will be ordering more in future and wouldnt plan on buying anywhere else 🙂

I cannot fault this company always recieve my parcels super speedy well packaged amayzing customer service forgot to add something to my order the other day messaged them the next day and even know they had already packaged my item ready to send they unpackaged it and re packaged with my extra item and didn't even charge me anything extra will always use them 😊

I just received an order today and had to double check what day I ordered it because of how quickly it arrived! I ordered it yesterday and arrived today!! Just in time for the weekend!

I have used this company 3 times within a couple of months. Dispatched super quickly (ordered once on the Sunday evening, sorted Monday and came Tuesday!) and all of my cords were well wrapped. I love the choice of cord and they are really reasonably priced. I can't rate this company enough. Amazing service and the only place I will buy my cord from. Thank you so much :)

Excellent quality product and quick delivery. Placed my first order with this company- swift email response came back saying that they noticed a small mark on one of the bobbins and have refunded me for this item, but will still send it to me as most of it is fine to use. Refund was in my account in the blink of an eye and when I received my order (super quick the next day) I was pleasantly surprised to find that the mark was indeed very small and I have still managed to use the entire bobbin!! Having become so accustomed to chasing companies about such issues I was amazed at how this was dealt with so professionally! Thank you- will definitely be a returning customer!
