I thought buying a bed and sofa would be exciting, but at this store, it’s more like signing up for a full-time headache. Nearly €6,000 later, I got pushy salespeople, a wrong-colored sofa, an uninstalled bed, and months of endless chasing. They blame everything on you, even their own wrong phone numbers.

They ask for a 5-star review and give a small gift—like a candy to cure months of torture. Do yourself a favor: avoid this store unless you enjoy frustration, delays, and mental stress.

I had a very disappointing experience at Woonsquare Almere. I came in seriously considering buying a sofa, but the way the sales advisor interacted with me changed my mind completely. Instead of offering helpful guidance, he responded with a dismissive and sarcastic attitude that made me feel unwelcome. As a customer ready to make a purchase, I expected professionalism and respect — unfortunately, I received neither. This kind of experience pushes customers away, and I hope the management takes this seriously.

This company is a scam. They took half the money for the furniture in advance and even though they were supposed to deliver the furniture after six weeks, after four months they still haven't delivered my furniture. They also refused to refund my money. I had to sue them and finally got my money back from the insurance. They are also very rude in dealing with customers.

Beds delivered in woonsquare are with high quality and met my expectations with comfort and durability. Also, appreciate sales man(Akin) who has helped to answer all our queries patiently.

They are nice to you only when they take the money.
I bought a couch from them, and i had a lot of problems with them.
#1. If you pay with VISA they will charge you 2% extra
(which is illegal)
#2. They do not even send emails, keep your receipt
(they are living in last century)
#3. They make you sign for receiving goods before they are in the house
(which is illegal)
#4. They will reject the refund!
(even in case of brand new product - and their mistake)
#5. There is no-one in the store to help you in case of an issue.

I found lovely pple and I managed to get one of the best couch if any one would like to buy furniture there soo much lovely and caring to see that you get what you really want and I recommend them thx soo much

Do not purchase from this shop if you want your furniture to be delivered as promised! I purchased sofa and cabinets on Feb 2024; and the sales person told me that delivery time will be in 12 to 15 weeks. It's clearly a big lie and it's just to push you to buy your furniture from them. It's middle of July and not only they didn't deliver the order but also they just keep telling me it will be delivered next week for a month... after 20 weeks simply they are changing the story that we don't make the furniture and delay is from manufacturing place. I spent over 6000 Euros and they don't accept any cancelation even it's mentioned in their terms that cancelation is possible with penalty. So all scam and empty promises. They put 4.2 trust pilot and Google reviews in their shop, don't let them fool you.

Alot of choices and good prices and quality, and the sales person was very cooperative

I ordered the couch immediately only because the delivery was promised before 30th Sep. Now i get a call saying delivery can be done only on 4th Oct since i missed to answer the initial call made by Woonsquare planning team. Due to this, me and children have to sit in the floor for 3 days, totally not acceptable guys. I expect a bit of flexibility from such a big company.
